This store blindsides you on shipping costs. I literally brought in a shipping label that was already paid for, yet I still end up with a cost that wasn’t shared with me during the whole process?! I could’ve just went home and reprinted the label instead of being charged at USPS to print the exact same label that was already paid for IF that information would’ve been shared with me beforehand!Costs should obviously be shared ahead of time from the associate instead of “getting over” on a customer. Spoke with the manager with glasses who could care less and seemed completely uneducated on the store processes. You can always tell when employees are happy at their job vs. the ones who literally show up just to get a check and could care less about their job, the company and the customers who pays them.

First visit and the owner Asuad was rude. I approached the counter and said hey I'm here for a pick up and he asked pick up what..What do you think sir is what I wanted to say...Then I said a package and I understand asking for my ID but then you asked for the telephone as well but didn't do the same the gentleman behind me. Hummm I won't be going back to this one

Since this location has been sold the service has so dramatically deteriorated. The owner is insulting in his total lack of any care for client service. He is rude, absentee, unprofessional and generally could care less about both his staff, his service or his customers. While this location is so convenient I will drive way out of the way to NEVER do business here again. I really feel sorry for his employees who turn over with understandable frequency now. When Peter owned this place, it was humming and a delight to work with. He has demolished this business!Do NOT be fooled by the 4.6 stars on the review as they are carried over from the prior owner. Surrounding franchisees are well aware of the rude and incompetent ownership of this store and bemoan the drop off since the sale and the damage to their brand. We will see if UPS Store Franchising does anything about this?

The printing service and staff are amazing at this location! I have documents printed here regularly (often at the last minute) for my small business and they always go above and beyond.

Bad service. They dont know how to do Notary Service. Very Funny thing he dont know how to print paper Front and Back. After half hour I wait , he said he cant make it. So I go another UPS store then finish in 8 mins.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I went in to mail some returns. I asked for 100 stamps. They rung me up. After inserting my credit card I noticed I was charged $85. I went out to my car to look up the cost of a stamp. The mark up was huge. I went back in and asked for a refund. They refused, saying there are no returns for this item. I left a message for the manager. He didn't call. I went in the next day. He wasn't there, I left another message. Still no response.

Depending upon the day you go in you will either get the nicest customer service people that make sure they help the customer or you will get a rude (don't bother me with your questions I don't want to explain it to you) response. Today I got rude.

I have rarely experienced the rudeness and poor service that I experienced here. Do not touch this place with a 10-foot pole if you value your time, money or whatever items you want shipped. The manager should quit her job here immediately and never take another job in customer service - I can't believe how incredibly rude and incompetent she was. Go ANYWHERE else!!

I dropped off a package over a week ago & they still haven't shipped it. The tracking states a label was created (at 7:32 per shipping detail section, however the receipt i received clearly shows i turned it in at 4:05pm). They've done absolutely nothing with my package outside of creating a label over 3 hours after i dropped it off. Its been over 2 weeks, & Amazon still doesn't have the package.
