This is the very first time I have felt warmly welcomed in to a UPS store! This is a true rarity (in my experience). The warmth of a family owned AND operated UPS store, where it is obvious they enjoy one another and care about the customer. They stayed open a few minutes after closing and welcomed me with a smile and offered me assistance with securing/taping my pre-labeled box. I have never felt like anything but an inconvenient burden when dropping off packages at other locations around the area. After today’s experience, I will be making them the only location I use.
On a personal note: With an hour of terrible traffic jams and rerouting to get there .. y'all really changed my whole vibe today by just being authentically kind. It’s rare to encounter folks like you. You are appreciated!

When did customer service employees stop greeting people properly? Silent treatment the whole time. Customer service requires personality, someone charismatic, not avoid eye contact, no hello or good bye have a great day or even thank you.
Manager to the staff. Charlotte has some really bad employees. The land of hiring whomever will do it. No integrity, nothing. It's sad. But I guess it's just ups so who cares right? Smh

Shout out to Anthony the owner of this location! He went above and beyond in helping me with an issue of a vendor claiming I sent the wrong item and Anthony looked up the camera footage for me and sent it to me so I could use as leverage with the vendor to prove I sent the correct item. If it was not for him doing this I would be out $350 as this was my only recourse! Thank you, Anthony! I appreciate you more than you know! I’m forever a customer and support of UPS Rivergate!

The employees are kind but there is no transparency when it comes to pricing. To be fair I should have asked what the price is per fax. I’ve gone to other UPS’s in the area and generally it’s $2 for first page and $1 thereafter. This establishment charges $2 per page. When I asked to see a price list for services they were unable to provide one and there is not list of prices anywhere in the store. They simply say “ask and we can tell you” which means it could be anything they feel like saying. Id recommend going to other places in the area if you plan on faxing large documents.

I've been using this place for a couple of years and the service is of the best quality. I don't know the names of the staff but they're always kind and helpful. They do an excellent job all the time.

I recently visited The UPS Store for some printing and shipping services, and overall, the experience was smooth and efficient. The staff were professional and greeted me promptly upon arrival. I needed to print several documents and ship a package across the country—both tasks were handled quickly, and the team walked me through the available options.
The store was clean and organized, with clear signage and accessible self-service options.
The only downside was a short wait during peak hours, but it moved quickly, which I appreciate. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend The UPS Store for both personal and small business needs.
