Jay the owner is an incredibly well organized and professional person. Phillip has been at this location for years and is super fast and the friendliest person! The entire team here is amazing and the store is always clean! I've been a customer over 15 years - the service has been excellent from day 1 and continues to be so today!
Thanks to everyone for making my life a little more convenient!

I usually don't come to this one because I find the staff to be rude. BUT, I tried it again and the person, Phillip, that I had a rude encounter with before, was once again rude and condescending. He doesn't explain things well and when you don't understand him, he becomes flip even though it's on his end. I'm done trying to like this store. This is 2 minutes away but I'd rather drive to rea road that is 5 min and get better customer service.

Just finished visiting this store. Jai went above and beyond to not only help me but multi-task helping other customers at the same time to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner.Not only was he notarizing for one customer, he was also sending a package out for another, helping a third client return equipment to an internet provider, all while asking what modifications and sizes I needed on the high quality pictures I was printing. He and the other employees in the store really seem to care about the customer experience.I have always had a great experience at this store and will certainly be going back to print photos, notarize future paperwork, and ship packages in the future.Highly recommend this store!

Walked in today to make one copy I needed urgently. I was the only person in the store and the guy working was packaging a small 8x10 envelope. He handed me the sheet with email I immediately sent to the email what I needed printed and he returned to tape up this envelope, I waited for like 6 mins and I said I sent you the email can you please print the one sheet for me as I’m in a hurry. Remember there was no one else in the store. He said ok and now was on the phone which he was calling because the phone never rang and then continued taping this envelope. I walked out! It was crazy how he was completely ignoring us. Sad that the customer service was so ridiculously bad!

This place used to be five star! The guys who run it/own it are so consistent with wonderful customer service and fast service. Now they've hired all these little sleepy knuckleheads the service is nothing but frustrating.
