Walked in today to make one copy I needed urgently. I was the only person in the store and the guy working was packaging a small 8x10 envelope. He handed me the sheet with email I immediately sent to the email what I needed printed and he returned to tape up this envelope, I waited for like 6 mins and I said I sent you the email can you please print the one sheet for me as I’m in a hurry. Remember there was no one else in the store. He said ok and now was on the phone which he was calling because the phone never rang and then continued taping this envelope. I walked out! It was crazy how he was completely ignoring us. Sad that the customer service was so ridiculously bad!

If it were possible post zero stars, I would, was the worst possible experience in the UPS Stores ever. Don't go to this store, at least in the morning

This place used to be five star! The guys who run it/own it are so consistent with wonderful customer service and fast service. Now they've hired all these little sleepy knuckleheads the service is nothing but frustrating.

I had the best help from Nicholas & EJ at this location. I had So many Amazon returns and these two young men worked as a team to knock them all out. I was the only customer so I was finished in no time. I was so thrilled and impressed with them I had to take their names so I could praise and appreciate them! This UPS hired some really great employees! Thank you EJ & Nicholas!!! Y'all are the Best!!

Since some recent staff has been brought in I have found my visits more welcoming and efficient. I only order from UPS now as opposed to USPS.Before when I visited the staff seemed so bored they would rip jeans and sew them .

I just left this store where I got THE BEST AND FASTEST service. I had two very large boxes containing luggage with return labels, and another small Amazon return. The luggage wasn’t heavy, just bulky. A young man inside saw my struggle (I’m 71 w/bad knees); came out to carry it in, and quickly came out to get the other one. By the time I made it into the store he had all three receipts ready. I wish I knew his name. Friday 7/7 2:30This young man was exceptional.

I'm a small biz owner and I frequently email the staff here to have stuff printed ASAP, and they are always quick to get it done! They are also very fast at packaging stuff when you go in which I def appreciate. UPS is def more expensive but at least you aren't waiting in a huge line here.

First thing I don't like is that many of them don't greet you when you're there for returning something. I've had this several times. They just tell you to put the Box on the counter. Then I had to go all the way home to get the original Amazon box. It was in a box, but the box was not good enough for shipping apparently. I understand this policy, but it's not very clear when you're dealing with the return and the labeling that Amazon provides in the description. Maybe they should put up a little sign or something.I think what I noticed the most is lack of empathy. They seem like they just don't care...and they cop a bit of an attitude....especially given after driving home and coming back

This store has provided good service in shipping for many years. However, the manager is still wearing a face mask because he seems to think his customers are diseased and this will protect him.

Fantastic customer service! I had to print programs last minute for my wedding. I was extremely stressed and the staff was there to help me. Everything was printed perfectly!

They charge $3 just to open your email and addition money to print it. There are plenty of UPS stores, go to one that doesn’t scam their customers.

They are always on point with my label printing. To me it’s worth the few dollars to have them take of it for me so that I may take care of other matters.
