Never thought I’d be saying anything like this but, that was my favorite experience I’ve had at a bank. Monday morning, one employee named Kelly. She was the most friendly, joyful, knowledgable, clear, quick employee. She made my morning!!

By far the best post office in Charlotte. I always have a great experience even when it’s crowded. Kelly & Sabrina are super helpful & friendly!

Best post office experience I have ever had! The staff are amazing. I had prepaid shipping labels that I needed boxes for and they made the boxes for me taped them up and printed the labels very kindly and so helpful.
