“I cannot say enough good about this post office, I drive a long way to get to this post office but it saves me time once I get there. Tyesha is the attendant at this station and she is smart and knowledgeable and will always advise you on the best, fastest, or least expensive way to mail your packages. At Easter she actually helped me mail baskets to my grandchildren across the country and knew exactly the packaging I should use. All the little pieces arrived in tact! I was very grateful. When I need help mailing a package, this location is always my first choice.”

“I walked-in to this office for my finger printing at 10:10 and left at 10:40. A nice friendly white lady met me at the entrance and quickly navigated me to their waiting area. After around 5-10 minutes a nice friendly black lady approached me. The process itself took only a couple of minutes.To sum up, my experiencevhere was extreamly positive.”

“I had excellent service here. Post that says "place is sketchy" makes me think that person isn't comfortable around working-class people! There is a 7-Eleven next door, but that establishment mainly had folks getting gas. Post officer greeted me when I walked in and was upfront about what stamps were available. She even helped me decide on stamps given that the ones I wanted, Edmonia Lewis, had sold out twice already. Also it is easy to access the parking lot from either side of the street. Did I mention that there was no lines?”

“My priority 1-day package was delivered to the wrong address and a woman named Reginea(sp?) took the time to go to the wrong address, get the package and bring it back to me. I would give this young woman a raise. Above and beyond to care for me. I thought it was lost for good. So thankful ”

“Busy location on a busy road, they have full service here though no automated weighing/vending machine in the lobby. Expect there to be a queue during the busier hours (Monday mornings and late Fridays). Sometimes they have enough clerks working and sometimes they do not.You can expect someone nearby to be asking for money. Just walk past them.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this place. When I entered, there was no staff available at the window for service. Initially, I didn't notice the bell, but a kind gentleman helped me locate it and ring it. Then, Mr. Nicholas Bullock assisted me with my mail, which included two return shipments. He displayed exceptional patience, attentiveness, and guided me on how to track my forwarded and returned mails. Unfortunately, I forgot my physical cards today, and despite attempting to pay with Apple Pay more than three times, we encountered difficulties. However, Mr. Bullock diligently worked to find alternative payment solutions. Fortunately, another gentleman Mr. Makwana overheard my predicament and graciously offered to pay with his card, allowing me to transfer the amount to him using my phone. Their assistance truly made my day.”

“Update: changed review from 1 to 4 stars. They have since updated the hours on the website. Thank you!They were listed as “open” online, but when I arrived, there was a small note written in pen that they are closed daily from 12-1 for lunch. I was in the parking lot for only 5 minutes and saw 4 other people walk in and immediately walk out. Please list this on your website if these are your hours.”

“I usually drop off packages at self service or at the counter, but I needed to mail a passport application. Something caught in my throat, & I started coughing. I believe her name was Lauren, the USPS worker who was helping me with expedited shipping. She calmly handed me a bottle of water from a 6 pack at her desk, let me catch my breath & went back to helping me. She was very sweet to my daughter as well. Great service, with a smile & no judgment for coughing (coming out of the past 3yrs when you'd feel like a leper if you coughed in public).”

“I use this USPS location fairly frequently and the two gentlemen I often see working are great! Can you please, however, post your lunch hour on Google Maps? It was raining today and I tried calling to confirm someone would be there (the number listed is a corporate number of course, so I wasn't able to reach anyone) and when I arrived sure enough - lunch break :( PLEASE add those to your Google Maps to properly reflect your operating hours.”

“I was a truck driver coming to pick up going to Chicago.I must say, there was an amazing employee here named NATASHA. One of the sweetest, most accommodating people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in this job. Not only extremely professional, but amazing at her job.People this nice are a rarity in this line of work. If someone in management sees this, PLEASE reward this employee somehow. “I left my house with the intent of using the kiosk to ship a package. When I arrived at the post office, the kiosk was down for repair, so I went to stand in line. As I was in line, one of the counter employees was giving what I thought was helpful information to customers in line, but her tone was very unpleasant. For example, she spotted someone in line with an overnight package and let them know that it was too late for next day delivery. Again, it was good information, but the delivery was like, "Hey! You with the overnight package. It's too late for that. You're going to have to do something else."What happened next should have been telling to me. When the lady in front of me got to be next in line, she turned and said to me, "If SHE becomes available first, you can go ahead of me. I will wait on a different employee to help me. I have been here before."Well sure enough, SHE became available first and I went up to the counter. SHE is Felicia. She proceeded to scold me for not having my labels filled out. She was correct. The labels were not filled out. I apologized and let her know that I had intended to use the kiosk, but it was down. She accurately informed me in her signature tone, "It's different over here. This is not kiosk." I wholeheartedly agreed.She told me to go fill out my labels and come back with the package. Then it hit me. Felicia has made such a name for herself that people (like the lady who was in front of me in line) will wait extra time just to avoid her. After one experience with Felicia, I became one of those people.I went back over to the kiosk area where Tanya, another USPS employee was wrapping up the repair. I decided to wait for the kiosk to come back on line. It took a few minutes, but during that time Tanya was nice enough to listen to me and even apologize for my experience at the counter. As part of her testing the kiosk to make sure it was running properly, she walked me through the kiosk process to ship my package. I had used the kiosk many times before, but it was nice of her to go out of her way to be so helpful.Felicia - 2 stars for knowing her job, but making customers decide never to stand across the counter from her again.Tanya - 5 stars for knowing her job and making this customer hope that every experience could be like the one she provided.”

My local carrier was helpful and provided me all the info I needed to obtain my package directly in hand from the counter before I headed out of town.
