Kelly is AMAZING!! She is efficient, quick, incredibly polite, professional and extremely friendly. Her positive attitude is infectious and a rarity in any business. This location is always clean, organized, and walkable - bikeable. Kelly is a gem and I'm so happy she's at my local post office in Plaza Midwood!

Having relocated to Charlotte (Plaza Midwood) there was a few things I needed to visit the post office for. Every time I visit this USPS I am so impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff are - they go out of their way to provide great customer service.

Yvonne made this the best experience I’ve ever had at the post office! She was quick, attentive, and very friendly. Yvonne is knowledgeable about the post office and made the entire environment welcoming. I will now only come to this post office for all my postal needs!
