This place is the worst. Unfortunately it’s where all my packages and mail are going. I’ve been here over 7 times within the past 2 months, just to get my mail and packages. The delivery people are so lazy. I’ve picked up mail that had no reason to be picked up from the actual store.Anytime I come here it’s about a 5-10 minute wait just for someone to come to the window.I will say there are maybe 2 people that are nice here , when they finally answer but this is very annoying and it’s a terrible system.

They never pick up the phone or deliver packages at the right house. Also keep saying “cant reach delivery location” instead of “parcel/package too big for mailbox”. Do you not know how to do your job?

This place really needs to be shut down. I've now lost over $1000 in lost packages. No one ever seems to know what's going on. It's almost as if incompetence is the only prerequisite to work there.

I always have to go here since USPS is too lazy to deliver a package larger than my mailbox to the door. Seriously what’s the point of a redelivery request to deliver it at my door if they refuse to do that? It should have been obvious to deliver it to my door in the first place since it’s bigger than the mailbox. Don’t bother trying to call or email them. You’ll rarely get a response. If you do get one, they never change carrier behavior anyway. So inconvenient to have to go there and wait for a package. I wish Amazon never used USPS!!!

This place really needs a new system to cater to customers..i came to pick up my mail and was waiting 15 min for soneone to come to the window even when 3 other people were coming thru the door making the bell go off as well.then when they came it was another 7 min before they came back just to tell me my mail wasnt there smh..why have a customer service window at all with no one dedicated to service it? Would give 0 stars if i could

Horrible service. They refuse to deliver packages. They claim “no access to the building” then how the hell do you deliver mail???.

Have been dealing with this USPS station for many years and always find them helpful, responsive, and kind. All of my carriers are good people who are doing a challenging and potentially dangerous job. Many thanks!

-100 worst ever usps delivery and customer service at this location. First, they tell me they don’t deliver to the second floor at my apartment then I get a delivery notice that they did deliver it to my apartment on the second floor but the package wasn’t there. then I have to go through that ridiculous automated prompts system, which is a nightmare just to get a customer support person so I can file a service request. On top of the delivery service for packages then I have to deal with mail that’s not mine being put in my mailbox, how hard can that freaking be? This location needs to be shut down

It is so inconvenient to have to make time around my job hours and post office hours because USPS for whatever reason can’t climb a set of stairs to leave a package on someones doorstep. If something is too big to be put into an apartment mailbox why is USPS not attempting to leave the package at my doorstep? I live on the second floor. Is that too much for them to do? This is ridiculous how I constantly have to stop by this location to collect my small-medium sized packages. Amazon delivery drivers are doing a better job than you guys. Smh. Poor customer service & don’t get me started on how no one answers the telephone here.

Worst location. Horrible customer service.Lazy mail carriers.My packages are always marked as “undeliverable” simply because she’s too lazy to walk up the stairs and deliver at the door.

I’ve been trying to get my package for 5 days now. The keep saying it’s a “attempted delivery” but I’ve been home waiting and No one has actually tried to give me my package. I’ve tried calling and no one can answer the phone.
