Thieves at this facility! I’ve dropped off dozens of packages and this facility was the only common denominator. They were stolen from and sealed with USPS tape. It had to be from this location. Im filing police reports and pursuing all action. Stay away!

Believe what you’ve read. Be prepared for a long and inefficient experience. Don’t hope that all the other reviews just caught folks on a bad day. You’ll wait, you’ll get attitude. Consistently. And you know what? All of our reviews don’t matter at all. At least I was finally able to recover my loved one’s cremains.

I had a great experience with Charisse Gunn supervisor I called in with questions about deliveries and she was kind pleasant and very helpful I know how stressful her job is but she was first class professional Thank you again Charisse!
