I can count on one hand how many times I’ve had to go to the post office, but none have been as frustrating as this experience. I arrived one morning at 8:20 AM, but they didn’t open until 8:50. A few other customers rang the bell multiple times with no response. When the employee finally opened the door, he didn’t offer any apology or explanation for the late opening—which made me late for work.
More recently, I received a notification that a package had been delivered to my door, but it was nowhere to be found. For the next week, I kept getting messages saying they attempted delivery but no one was home—which wasn’t true. Now I have to go back to that post office, and I’m hoping for a better experience. But based on other reviews I’ve read, I’m not holding my breath.

If I could rate my experience with the clerk at this location with zero stars, I would. Since moving in December, I’ve had ongoing issues with mail not being delivered to my home, forcing me to visit this branch in person to retrieve items that should have arrived at my doorstep. This situation is frustrating enough on its own, but the customer service I've encountered has only added to the disappointment.
There is one clerk in particular with whom I have dealt with on multiple occasions; who consistently demonstrates a poor attitude and an unwillingness to assist. She appears visibly frustrated whenever asked to check for my mail and makes minimal effort to help. Despite receiving Informed Delivery notifications indicating I have 20+ items expected, she frequently returns with a single envelope and insists that’s all they have.
I understand that working with the public can be challenging, but basic courtesy, professionalism, and effort should be standard, especially in a federal customer service role. She is without question the most unpleasant employee I have ever had to deal with in any customer service setting. If a position requires regular interaction with the public, it is reasonable to expect a minimum level of attentiveness and respect.
I have filed a formal complaint with USPS regarding the lack of mail delivery to my address and the unacceptable service at this location. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed internally, and that personnel who struggle with public-facing responsibilities are reassigned to roles better suited to their strengths.

DO NOT GO IN THURSDAYS! I went because you know, normal business hours. Their door says open M-F at 8:30. No where does it say closed on Thursdays! Until you go to Google.

When Ms Donelle left this location it went down the drain. She was so helpful and always looked through the bins to find our mail. However, the remaining clerks are so rude and don’t want to go and look for mail. In specificity a clerk lied straight to my face about us receiving mail in our community and said there was no mail at the office when we asked if she could check in the back for us. Upon arriving home we checked our mailbox and it was no mail in it.
Whenever Ms. Donelle would look she would have at least something to give us. We miss her so much she even found the social security card for our newborn that was sent weeks ago! Now when we ask they for almost 4weeks now, we are told “there is no mail here for you”. Very dissatisfied. If I could give zero stars I would.

Another LOST package marked delivered 15 minutes ago. Seriously a bunch of hoodlums work here or just seriously incompetent mail carriers. Now I have to wait 2 days to complain for a fifth time. Thank you for breaking my habit to order anything that requires this dumb postal office to ship.

Had a USPS delivery driver damage my flower bed and the manager at the post office won't reply to emails, answer calls or come out when I visit the post office. I emailed the district manager and post master the video and pictures of the damage and nothing. Per the policy drivers are suppose to stay at the scene and report damage to supervisor.Hopefully Justin, Dante, Gwendolyn or Adam will reply to my email about my property damage. If I could give this branch a negative star rating I would.

Slowest most sloppy USPS office I’ve EVER seen in my life. Ever heard of delivering a package instead of being lazy and sitting on them for days and weeks? Didn’t think so.

These people never pickup the phone and they lie so much

They lie and say customer requested mail to be held, they lie about attempting deliveries, I have not seen a mail person in 4 days, so my mail isn't being delivered as shown on informed delivery.

The time posted on the door for opening is 8:30am. There was a line and all the gates were closed. When the clerk finally came out at 8:50am, she took very long to get setup as if they were not already late. The clerk was not helpful, my package was not delivered on time. I have a money back guarantee and was told the post office doesn’t have cash to give refunds, when I advised the clerk that it was paid with a card she rudely stated she couldn’t put it on my card. I waited almost an hour for nothing.

Visiting from out of state, I have never had any issues getting mail delivered until now. Firstly, the usps delivery guy lied about attempting delivery. He walked up to the door empty handed and just stuck the delivery notice to my door without any attempt of delivering my package. Do these guys not know ring cameras exist?
Then I go to the post office today, and the dude at the counter blatantly lied that the delivery driver had it on his truck because he was taking it to my house right in that moment. I had 3 adults here and no one ever came here from 7am on, and it's now 5pm. Mail was delivered hours ago.
I tried calling the 800 number, but they wont let you speak to anyone.
Just horrid service. I feel bad for the people that have to deal with this day in and out.

I don't know who is delivery my mail cause I'm not receiving it or they are putting someone else mail in my box. I was to receive a letter which I can see it on my app. This is not a good look at all.
