About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service location at 1101 Sunset Rd is a reliable and efficient place for mailing needs. Customers appreciate that the staff is friendly, calm, and works quickly, often making the process easy and stress-free. Many reviews highlight the convenience of dropping off packages, especially when compared to other shipping options like UPS and FedEx, which can be cheaper at this location. The post office is generally clean, well-managed, and opens on time, providing good service even during busy times. One employee, in particular, is praised for working fast and helping customers get in and out efficiently, earning high marks for dedication and helpfulness. However, some customers find the location itself not ideal due to its difficult intersection and parking lot entrance. Additionally, the lack of a self-checkout station can be inconvenient for those who need to send packages outside of business hours, especially for people with 9-5 jobs. Overall, this USPS offers dependable service with friendly staff, though a few improvements could enhance the experience further.

Sent a package from this location. Took 30 minutes to ship it because the printer was broken, and now see that my package was not yet delivered because they put the wrong zip code on the label.

This Post Office is an abomination. There needs to be a Documentary about how bad this location is and call it “Going Postal” because that’s what they almost made me do with the complete nonsense I’ve went through here repeatedly.
Looks like others as well.

ABSOLUTELY THR WORST customer service!!! I had to stand in line for 20 minutes with a line of 12 people with only one person working the counter just to drop off a prepackaged and prepaid label package.
