Package went from Gastonia to Charlotte (wrong way from my address) in 1hr and sat in Charlotte for 2 days so far !

If one of your packages has the great misfortune of landing here just know at worst it’ll take another extra couple of days to get to you (if at all) or at best come exactly when it said it would (even if your package is early they’ll hold onto it until the very last second of the estimated delivery window because apparently early deliveries aren’t allowed they gotta go as slow and take as much time as possible)- this place and the one in Gastonia are the WORST every time I see the dreaded tracking update showing my packages are there I know it’s a 50/50 shot if i’ll get it on time or not 🤷🏻♀️
So just some friendly advice though: if the items you ordered are time sensitive i’d dish out the extra money and use UPS because even with priority and overnight USPS is bad and it gets even worse the cheaper the service you use (FedEx isn’t much better but at least their overnight services are reliable). Currently waiting on two time sensitive important orders that are stuck at this dreaded place and because I got the cheapest possible shipping i’m paying the price for it.

I would give this place 0 stars. Ordered a package and the delivery date was Friday August 8th, then got delayed to August 10th, then the 11th. I’m leaving out of town August 13th, and I don’t get this package… 🙃🙃 Not surprised no ones answering the phone either, I’m sure you guys are “really busy”. Please shut this place down.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. My package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, but it has been sitting at this distribution center for 3 days. Customer service is useless and gives no reason for the delay. I wasn’t even able to get a human on the phone. Zero stars. You suck, USPS.

Got a little worried reading other reviews, but my personal experience was great package arrived there last night and has already been delivered to my local distribution center never have had a package shipped out that fast

What everyone is saying about this facility is the truth I’ve got monarch caterpillars that are supposed to be up here in clarkston Michigan tomorrow and it’s still stuck down In this facility in charlotte North Carolina whoever is the CEO of this distribution center is needs to go bankrupt with no money left in his or her wallet.

Paid for priority mail but i have been waiting on my package for about 5 days now. How long is my package going to be in transit before it gets here. This place needs to be shut down

Always had bad experiences w usps customer service. U can never get hold on them if you need additional informations. Called them and was on hold for more than hour and its not the first time. ridiculous.

Ordered a package from someone in Charlotte and I live in Durham, NC (about 3 hr drive) Was supposed to get here on June 3rd, it’s currently the 6 and it’s STILL sitting there.

I have waited for over 2 weeks for someone to care enough to get my package delivered to the right location. After tons of emails and useless phone calls the problem is still not resolved. It would be nice to be able to communicate with a human when you call to report a problem but instead you are constantly speaking with a machine that is absolutely no help! My package is now at Gastonia DC center for the 2nd time making another trip around the world instead of to my address where it should be!!!!!
