My priority 1-day package was delivered to the wrong address and a woman named Reginea(sp?) took the time to go to the wrong address, get the package and bring it back to me. I would give this young woman a raise. Above and beyond to care for me. I thought it was lost for good. So thankful

I wish I could put zero stars for the fake mail delivery people that send final notices in the mail boxes for mail they never tried to delivery. If it doesn't fit into the little mailbox your package will not be delivered. They will not even attempt to look for the address, I've had several packs entered back due to USPS laziness ?

Staff were all very courteous and helpful, despite it being an extremely busy time of year with the holidays. Chrissy was especially helpful, showing me the most cost-efficient option for international shipping.

Check your tracking before you leave here! My package got scanned twice and instead of trying to fix the fact they lost my package they blamed it on the company saying they gave duplicate tracking numbers when they didn’t. I repeat check your tracking. This post office is the worse. They lost my package and they get choose not to take accountability!

I have never reviewed a post office before. But this one fails on all counts. One clerk was downright rude, nasty, and sarcastic to all of the customers waiting on line. The other one was not helpful; she was not competent in math and totally unable to figure out how many stamps were actually needed. And don't go to this post office if you need stamps because they didn't have rolls of stamps, flag stamps and postcard stamps. Seems to be if you have no stock, you have poor customer service, and you cannot do your job because of your lack of thinking skills, it's time to shut the doors to this branch.

I dont know why I just recently found this location but I did. Parking was super easy. I was in a hurry, but the line went pretty fast. I had to ship a package internationally and they walked me thru the process. They explained charges and although I was a new customer here, they treated me like we were friends and were very understanding of my concerns. Best of all, my package arrived when they said it would! They also have a self serve kiosk, if you need something pretty simple or after hours.

If Gary was not behind the counter I would give this PO a higher rating but this man is nasty, sarcastic and miserable for no reason. I let 3 people go ahead of me so I won't have to deal with him. He should not be working in customer service. He was absolutely horrible to encounter.

This location is always BUSY but I always end up getting in-and-out. I always have to double check on my mail for weight and take my stamps with me just in case I need an extra stamp. Ample parking since this location is within a large shopping center.

Shavon was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding with my mother and I when we needed to get our PO Box set up after a devastating house fire. Unfortunately her coworker, Gary, was so rude and nasty towards the customer behind us that it made everyone in the room was incredibly uncomfortable. He was sarcastic and very rude, and was literally yelling at her from across the room so everyone could hear. He also rolled his eyes and scoffed at her several times in front of everyone. Another random customer had to go over and help the poor woman because all Gary was doing was screaming at her and treating her like she was stupid. If Gary had been helping us instead of Shavon, I think my poor mother would have left in tears. 5 stars for Shavon, 0 stars for Gary.

Every time I drop off packages here, they take 3-4 days to begin tracking. I will not be using this location again… @usps, fix this location!!

THIEVES. I have had a post office box here for over 15 years. I have seen workers and managers come and go. Lately, for the last few years, I've noticed that the gift cards I have been sent from RESTAURANTS never are put in my mailbox. They are stolen by the box clerks. They are easy to identify: they are enclosed in an envelope with the restaurant's letterhead and the hard plastic or cardstock gift cards are easily felt through the paper envelope. Easy to pick out and steal. No repercussions. THUGS!
