Honestly the best experience I've had with Verizon in 10-15 years. Thaddeous was both knowledgeable and friendly while helping us import a line from another carrier to an existing Verizon plan...and he wasted no time doing so. I'll definitely be back to this store when we upgrade phones next.

Wish I could rate zero but at least the person who greeted me was friendly. The person he sent to me however, was dismissive, rude and unwilling to communicate. Total a$$hole. Merely gave a "can't help you today" and immediately walked over to the next customer with a 180 degree different attitude Made me felt unwelcomed there and invalidated.Wish I got his name so I could let others know to avoid him and this store in the future.

We just upgraded our iPhones for the whole family. One of our sons live in Charlotte. He made an appointment at the 209 S. Kings Drive store to help him activate cell service on his new phone, since it wouldn't work while following the instructions provided. Both Kimmy and then Daniel were rude and completely unwilling to help my son through the activation. Said there was nothing they could do. My wife got on the phone with them, and they both basically said there was nothing they could do. They kept saying the phone was too new. Totally incompetent. We've been Verizon customers for 20+ years an cannot believe how my son and wife were treated.

Charles assisted me! I just want to say he has THE BEST customer service. He not only assisted me but engaged in conversation as he was assisting me so there wasn’t an awkward, silent moment. Building rapport is always a plus and I used to work customer service so I know how it is and I know how it goes and I recognize and acknowledged it with him and I just want his manager to know he should get a raise. if you are ever at this location, ask for Charles, and you won’t be disappointed.

Took a bit of time off of work to pick up a new phone after my previous one cracked. They got me out of the door quick - only when I left, the new phone dropped and cracked as well. They were very cool about swapping it out same day. Thanks guys!

Didn't want to believe my friends and reviews but wow, I went in with hopes for good service but the one assisted me, Conrad, was very rude and belittling. I still don't understand what his issue was but he wouldn't help me or give me a real answer as to why I was having problems with activating new phone.

This place is a joke. I call about getting replacement phone and asking about process to get new phone with insurance. They tell me to come in to swap exact phone and most to pay would be taxes. Go in with appointment, wait 30 minutes for them to tell me that's not the process and laugh as I ask if there is anything they can help me with, as this is my first time. Couldn't believe it.

Great experience at the Verizon store on Kings Dr yesterday. My wife and I had an appointment to get new phones and it couldn't have been easier. Ebony met us as soon as we walked in and guided us through the entire process. Definitely the best customer service experience we've had in a while. She explained all the options to us but wasn't trying to upsell at all. Thank you to Ebony and the entire team at Verizon on Kings Dr for amazing customer service! It is very much appreciated.

the employees were just entirely unhelpful. I'm 26 and (finally) getting off my family's plan, and we called a 1800 number to try to handle it on the phone and an agent said we would have to go in person and show IDs and whatnot. the employees at this store basically handed us a handwritten phone number to call to take me off the plan, saying they couldn't do that in person, but the phone number didn't take us where we needed to go either. they seemed almost annoyed, too, when we said we tried calling already and were told to come in person, and they pretty much just said no, we can't help you. keep calling.

They have to knowledge, they don’t know promotions and terms that applies to free phones or trad-in. After visiting the store I had to be on the phone with customer support for one hour to fix everything they messed in my account at the store.

Would be 0 starts if an option. I purchased a screen protector with a lifetime warranty from this Verizon. After two years I ordered a warranty replacement, went to the same Verizon to ask if they would help me put my screen protector on, they added my name to a list, I waited for 20 minutes, then was told it would cost me $30 for them to help me put the protector on! I have never had another Verizon wireless charge me for help applying the screen protector. Gross! Don’t buy anything here! I see all of your canned responses back to complaints.
