This is the first time visiting this store and Ora was amazing. She was very accommodating, kind and efficient. I can tell she was helping other team members while helping me out as well, trying to maintain consistent movement all with such a wonderful demeanor. She's fantastic.

I was at this store because of an issue with My ESIM. The manager and the representative on staff were very helpful and made sure that the phone issue was getting fixed. Customer service was 10/10 at this location.
