This Walgreens is terrible. You will always wait at least 20 minutes to fill a prescription at the pharmacy, whether you go through the drive through or go inside. This Walgreens should be closed permanently.

This is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with. On multiple occasions, my doctor has sent in time-sensitive prescriptions that should have taken no more than an hour or two to fill. Instead, I’ve had to call repeatedly over several days, only to be told each time that my prescription “wasn’t ready.”
After three days of waiting—while in severe pain—I called again, desperate, and was finally told, “Oh, that’s odd, this should’ve been filled. Someone must have forgotten. It’ll be ready in 10 minutes.”
When I arrived, the pharmacy staff were laughing and chatting as if nothing was wrong, and it still took them an unreasonable amount of time to even locate my medication. After finally receiving my medication I get a message « your prescription is ready ».
This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable. Forgetting to fill a prescription isn’t just a “mistake” — it’s dangerous, and it shows a complete disregard for patients’ health and wellbeing.
I finally switched to a different Walgreens when they once again was playing with my health and the new pharmacy filled my prescription within an hour. Don’t waste your health or time with these people.

Adrian was very patient and kind. She helped my daughter in I with poster boards for homecoming queen. I'm very grateful for her. She communicated with us through our the whole process. Thank you!

If I could give this location zero stars I truly would. This store, including the pharmacy, have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a Walgreens. The pharmacy does not answer the phone when you call them. They leave customers on hold and never come to the phone. The people in the pharmacy front counter are not friendly at all. They are very impersonal and do not give a welcoming vibe. This is the only store that is close to where I live without me having to drive out of the way. And it is just sad the people who spend their money with this location have to deal with the treatment. They do not have a lot to choose from as most Walgreens. Stock is scarce almost every time I go in there. This location really needs to do better by their patrons.

Let me start by saying I have not always had a pleasant experience when filling my prescriptions here but recently I called in regards to a few prescriptions and I got lucky when Tristan answered the phone, he was polite, professional and extremely efficient with assisting me. This location needs more people like him! Thank you again Tristan!

Wait time is always well over an hour. When I get my prescriptions sent here they have never been ready same day. I called to see if they were actually ready so I don’t have to go up there and wait forever and I’ve been on hold on the phone for 30 minutes. They came on one time and asked me if I had an issue?? I didn’t even get to respond and they put me back on hold… And then hung up.

I would be very careful taking your prescriptions to a Walgreens. On some medications, they’re starting to require a diagnosis sent over from your doctor with that prescription. And no, my doctor said it technically wasn’t a HIPPA Violation. Which, in my opinion is an insane invasion of privacy. Because why are they wanting to know this information? They are in no way qualified to make a determination on whether or not I should be prescribed these medications. They may have A diagnosis, but they don’t know my full medical history (at least I hope not. For all I know, they do), they don’t know how long I’ve been taking them either. So why do they feel like the gatekeepers of whether my prescription gets filled? I don’t know any other reason why they think they should have it. Not only that, we don’t who all in that pharmacy has this information. It may not just be the pharmacist. It could some random cashier. Take your prescriptions to your local, hometown, mom and pop pharmacy. I had to get mine filled here out of necessity, but I’m going to start taking them back to the one I went to for 20 years who never once questioned me on my why I needed them. I give a lot of grace to pharmacy workers. I used to work in one and it is a very tough job. I also fully agree that some meds need to be regulated. However, they aren’t the ones that need to do that. If they think something is suspicious, then they should alert the proper authorities, and then handle it. But that doesn’t require them to have my diagnosis to do that.

I wish I could give zero stars! The pharmacy is the worst. I only go because it's close to my place of residence. I got an alert saying a prescription was ready for pickup, only for you to get there and it hasn't even been filled.

genuinely insane how bad their customer service is it’s like something out of a comedy sketch. you will never get a question answered in person or over the phone (expect to wait at least 2 hours on hold and i’ve been hung up on so many times after finally reaching someone!) your prescriptions will genuinely never be ready and delivery will never be picked up/delivered lmao. i don’t know how they are open im serious

Keep you on hold for long period, then answer and hang up. When I finally reached someone as I attempted to explain prescription needed she hung up on me.
Several times they said prescription ready in 30 minutes - came back and they said it was not available until 2 days - their out. Terrible
