This Walgreens location receives mixed reviews from long-term customers. Many note that the staff is typically polite, helpful, professional, and consistent, especially for services like shots and prescriptions. One senior citizen felt respected, with a pharmacist described as kind, patient, and resourceful, and an assistant noted as polite and swift. Customers have used this location for over 18 years for prescriptions, vaccinations, general shopping, and photos, often finding other employees super helpful. However, a significant negative experience contrasts this generally positive view. One customer was appalled by the rude and curt service from a specific staff member when addressing a problem with poorly cut Christmas cards. The employee was described as dismissive, refusing to look at the problem, not apologizing, and offering no solution except an unwilling offer to hand-cut the cards, which was said would take "a long time." The interaction involved being interrupted, talked over, and met with flippant remarks. This incident starkly contrasted with the typically great service. Furthermore, while this location is praised for consistency, a customer noted that another local location was so disorganized they left without receiving a shot.
Carson is a great asset to the company, very courteous in his deamnor and very knowledgeable with the store layout. He really made my visit hassle/ stress free.
