Terrible service. No tellers available. Where is management. No one picks up phone. Business accounts need some kind of accommodations. Mr. Manager you need to fix this stop with excuses.

I wanted to pull cash out. The banker told me she couldn’t do it because she had to wait for things to be cleared. I went to the bank off morehead asked the banker at that location if I can withdraw, she did it for me with no issue. The fact that the banker at this location lied to me is crazy!!

How is this branch of Wells Fargo still operating with such terrible customer service. I have found it much easier to just take an extra 10 minutes and go out of my way to go to a different branch of Wells Fargo than the Freedom Drive branch! I love banking with Wells......but I'll NEVER EVER stop at this branch again! Please Wells, just put this one out of it's misery......because everyone in there seems miserable to be there.

If I could give 0 star's I wouldI understand there's a pandemic going on but I was told I needed to make an appointment to open an account. However I would like to know how can I open one when they just refuse to answer the phone. Six days I have been trying to speak to someone. Guess they ALL are having extended lunch which consists of their entire shift. So disgusting that these employees think this is their bank.

Even with the lobby closed due to Covid-19 the drive thru line moved a lot faster than I thought it would. Cristina was the teller I dealt with and she was courteous and efficient. All the tellers seemed to be working very hard. Doing a great job with a difficult situation.
