The service is terrible; they make us wait for a long time, and in the end, they say they can't help me.

Made an appointment to see a banker at 4pm but still had to wait. 30 min later still waiting, so I left. My advice schedule an appointment early or be prepared to wait more than 30min or just go to a different location or bank.
