Very quick service and nice staff , I want to shoutout Kelly at the front , she was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable to coming back ( I usually do not like coming into banks ) but I’ve changed my mind ,

Wells Fargo advertises trust accounts but their employees have no training knowledge on how to open a trust account. They need to take down the onkine advertisement or train the Employees. Terrible system of intra departments being on hold.
