  The white pharmacist lady denied me my second shot saying I needed an appointment and they didn't have any more shot available however when I went on the website there were 5 available appointments which means 5 available vaccines.

  i called three time all three time they put me on hold for 10+ minutes and then hang up on me ! horrible customer service. i wouldnt mind waiting i get it but they are hanging up on me i can hear when the phone gets picked up!
