“Overall great experience. Only issue I had was when I arrived on a Sunday at noon , each aisle was blocked with carts and boxes for items being put on shelves. A bit strange to have employees do it at that time. I can understand though things do happen and sometimes deliveries get to locations late. Staff was friendly and store was clean.”

“First time seeing and using teller assist at BofA. The interior of the bank has no regular tellers, but does have a sort of hostess to direct you where to go. I needed this, as I was disoriented by the decided un-bank-like appearance inside. I was cashing a check, so I was directed to the Teller Assist machine, which is like a big ATM with a TV screen. After selecting Cash Check from the touch screen, the attached phone dialed and within seconds I was videoconferencing with a remote teller. She guided me through the rest of the process; checks are deposited and cash is disbursed thru slots on wall adjacent. An unexpected, but not unpleasant experience.”

“Harris Teeter usually has very fresh produce! It's like the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores. This location in particular is always clean & shelves are normally fully stocked. Their store brand Turkey bacon is literally top TWO when it comes to good quality and flavor. This is one item that's hard to come by but when it's in stock, we like to rack up! They are priced higher that other grocery stores like Walmart or Food Lion but there's a few items I like to buy from HT.”

“Haven't heard of Harris Teeter when I moved to NC, they are a grocery & pharmacy and we're apparently bought out by Kroger. I prefer them more than Food Lion as the quality and customer service is great. I've also been getting my prescribed medications from here. I like that they have a self check out center for quick access. All around great!”

“This is my new local Walgreens since my move to the Steele Creek area. This was my first visit inside. It is kinda hard to enter into the location. You have to kind of drive around the building following the surrounding roads. Once I was inside I realized this was the cleanest Walgreens I have ever been in. The store is prefect. Everything was in place and there was no trash. There was only one cashier working at this time but it was close to opening time. This location is not 24hrs. I was looking for a specific clearance item but they didn't have any. The clearance section is in front of the pharmacy. The pharmacy wasn't open yet. “I always enjoy shopping at Publix but after the excellent service today, I love Publix. After one week at home because of quarantine, we decided that our "outing" would be a drive to pick up a few groceries. Returning to our car, we found no response from trying to turn on. The battery died from disuse. At the service desk they called the manager MICHAEL who retrieved jumper cables from his truck and assisted in connecting our car to the battery of a gracious lady who offered help. In no time at all, problem solved and we headed to dealer to replace the battery. Publix employees are always gracious and helpful. Michael went above usual curtesy to rescue a customer in the parking lot. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
