“It’s the holiday season and Murphy came out to play putting me in a pinch and in need of some equipment. I knew it wasn’t going to be the cheap and options were limited with needing it ASAP. Search from Greenville to Charlotte looking for it what I needed stocked. Everyone I called was out of stock or had just sold their last one. Then I called Carolina Cooks and spoke to Sheyla who texted photos and pricing right away and was even able to work with me on the price. I rushed from SC to make it before they close, just making it in time. I walked in and they had everything ready, helped loaded up and in just minutes I was ready to go. They saved my week and made it super easy. Will definitely use them again!”

“EDIT: I scheduled another appointment after a week, came back, and explained the situation. Understandably everyone was in disbelief, but Myles was willing to hear me out and rectify the issue. This time everything is all set!
Original post: I made an appointment and took my car in for a tire rotation and balance as recommended. After two and a half hours, I received a message that my car was ready. When I got home, I noticed the wheels were untouched (no hand prints or anything in the grime/brake dust on any of the four wheels) and there was still vibrations in the steering (not due to alignment). I always take photos to document before and after the process. Suspicious, I checked against the photos I took and noticed all tires and wheel weights were still in the exact same position.
Long story short, these guys didn't balance or rotate my tires and tried to pass it off like everything was done. I took pictures before and after, documenting the DOT numbers and wheel weight position, and everything was exactly the same after they handed the keys back. What did they even do during the 2.5 hours I was waiting? Just lift and lower the vehicle?? Unbelievable. I'm a huge Costco fan, but go to Discount Tire or somewhere else for tires.”
“Very good pace I had load to deliver 11am but I went there 7pm a day before slept there. They open 5am I talk to them they say if we had spot for you we will call u. Little bit later some one come to me they put me dock 6am to 6:30am I was empty thanks for that seriously.”
“It's a Sams Club so it is what it is but I like the one in Pineville better. Parking is easier at that location and the layout seems easier to navigate while shopping.”
“Check in at guard shack. Park in the spots opposite the docks and fill out both sides of the form the guard gives to you. Be sure to put your phone number at the top and staple it to your bills. If you don't have a stapler, write your number on all copies of the bills. If you have a dry load, drop the form and bills in the mailbox by door 52. Looks like perishable receiving is by door 10, as are the restrooms and driver's lounge. They'll call you for a door, back in and chock your wheels. 0600 appointment. Arrived at 0530. Started unloading at 0610 (would've been sooner since I went to the restroom after dropping off the bills.) Got green light at 0630. Left with signed bills after making electronic lumper payment at 0815. No overnight parking.”
