Willow Ridge Apartments is a welcoming community in a clean and quiet area of Charlotte. It offers a beautiful collection of well-maintained apartments with modern designs and resort-inspired amenities. Residents enjoy four sparkling pools, a hot tub, a lighted tennis court, and a picnic area. The staff and management are great, helpful, amicable, responsive, and empathetic. The maintenance team is amazing, efficient, effective, quick, and professional. Issues are resolved as soon as possible. The environment is clean and the community is generally quiet and nice to live in, recommended to anyone. The front office is easy to contact. Overall, it is a very nice place that treats residents with great care.
Been here 11 years, great staff, clean environment, occasionally mildly annoying noisy neighbors but you'll get that everywhere. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who asks.
