Love this place! We go swimming here 3 times a week. Heated pool, close to our house.Really nice lifeguards, everyone else is friendly. Always clean and well maintained. A hidden gem!

I love the variety of fitness classes that the YWCA offers! As a mom, the fact that they offer free childcare while you workout is everything❤️
YWCA Central Carolinas is a co-ed fitness center with a heated, indoor pool, group exercise classes, weight and cardio gyms, and has various seasonal fitness programs for all fitness levels. YWCA also provides transitional housing to adult women as well as families facing homelessness; offers after-school literacy programs to students K-5 throughout Mecklenburg and Union Counties; and hosts racial and social justice forums and events throughout the year.
