“Beat all expectations. I dropped of my bike and they assessed it and quoted the repairs. The quote was very reasonably.
When they called me that the bike was ready ahead of schedule, the total price was less than quoted, and somehow I got new tires added as well. Even better, the two gentlemen working the front desk were incredibly friendly and professional.”

“We decided to get away from the cold and snow and spent the last month in Charlotte. Friends recommended joining and we were so happy we did. Everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming. The pool looks very nice and there are a number of workout rooms that have every piece of equipment you could ask for. Also - this is big for me - the place is very clean and well maintained. “Unfortunately for me in the meeting I was a little bit nervous and confused . The Administrator was very helpful and supportive! But a Lady who been coming to the meeting has been very cruel and disrespectful to me. Her political views and racism against Hispanic women very obvious! Instead her name is Monica African America. Her Democrat Party political affiliation I don’t think is something that should be considered on a platform of the Pink House! The last time I visited there it was during Christmas Season! Hopefully suffering womens be safe in visiting this place and feel safe! They don’t check on me . They needed more training . The Board of Directors aren’t aware of what really happened in there! Is a Joke!!! A very upsetting experience in this place! Craziest place ever!! Get medical professionals involved! This is Cancer Csncer! Get professionals involved get Churches involved Crisis assistance involved and the Red Cross and Department of Social Services involved ! They be happy to help! God bless!!???? Cruelty was my experience at that place. ! Parking lot terrible ! !! Safety Concerns!”
“This place is full of fine Americans - current/former members of the Armed Forces and volunteers alike!
A few things to know before you go:
1. They are located on the second floor above the fast food kinda places.
2. Unlike a lot of other USO locations they are not a 24-hour operation.
3. A little on the small side but the way their space is divided up it seems to work.”
“My son started attending JTEAM (after school program) this year as a kindergartener, and he absolutely loves it! He has made so many friends there, and our family decided to become members. We love the facilities and activities. There are so many options for camps, sports, swimming, classes, etc. I can’t recommend it enough.”
“This a great organization that does a lot for they local community. The organization is also a great place to volunteer, which they rely on heavily. The community they service always seems appreciative and it is great to see how excited they are when they receive new furniture.”
“They have everything you need from uniforms, backpacks, sleeping bags, mugs, water bottles, etc. Came on a Tuesday around 12:30pm. and was empty. The gentleman manning the front desk was friendly, plesant, and efficient. Things are a bit more expensive here, but nothing that will make you go bankrupt. Everything is official BSA/Cub certified. Will definitely be back for any other needs. They have a parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to choose from.”

“I had been looking for a therapist for quite some time and Mrs Simmons was very personable, understanding but most of all “listening to me!!!” Even though there were circumstances where she needed to take a LOA, she transferred me to her colleague Brittany Fox and she has been amazing. I am most grateful for Mrs. Butler, NP! I finally feel as if I am making progress and Mrs. Butler has been a huge part of my team! Having someone to see your trauma through spoken and unspoken words is priceless. I am glad I chose Monarch. I love my NP, Michele Butler! She is phenomenal and listens to my every concern! Not like other places that dismiss and miss the very important things about what a patient is and isn’t saying.”

They have a make-believe town called Biz town where children get to pretend to be CEO’s,CFO‘s,marketing representative,financial advisors,and things of that nature they run a business,pay employees,they have a mayor they get to cash their paychecks, and spend their money on their bank cards things of that nature I had a really good time and all the kids enjoyed themselves.”
“I visited the City Center Church after searching for inclusive churches on Google in Charlotte, NC. This church came up on Google as a place that welcomes everyone, which was essential to me since my previous church stopped affirming everyone. I was pleased to find a small yet diverse and friendly community.”

“Always keeps the equipment clean and updates it regularly. There's plenty of space in the locker rooms, with 2 steam rooms and 2 saunas. Though it can get busy sometimes, the large size of the location means there's almost always extra space or weights available. I've been coming here for 18 months now, and I've loved it from day one.”
