“I always take my vehicle here for my state inspection. Recently I noticed a horrible rattling noise and thought it was a rock or something loose. I’d just replaced my brake pads and rotors so I knew it wasn’t that. I went to BC Tire and asked Brent if they could look at, bays were full, they were clearly busy, but right in the parking lot they jacked it up, took off all the tires, put them back on and told me that some of the bolts weren’t screwed on when I had my rotors changed! They just screwed them back on. He didn’t even charge me! They’re always very friendly and efficient and honest!! I recommend them anyone who needs work on their vehicle or just for state inspection! My mom changed her car place and goes to see Brent now!”

“Went to get my daughter’s battery tested and replaced 2 weeks prior after driving 3 1/2 hours down and was told the alternator was bad and the battery couldn’t even be tested. Things seemed off from the trouble the guy had “testing” the battery down to the recommendation of a mechanic who’s business wasn’t pulling up online at all to find any information about him or his work. So I looked up other mechanics and called a few. Chris was able to not only beat everyone’s prices but offer a better warranty for the part and labor on the off chance it was the alternator and was able to work her in the next day. So after another 3 1/2 hour drive down, we got her car to him(which was just 5 minutes from her dorm, another plus!) and a couple hours later he called me telling me he had completely checked her battery and alternator and it was just the battery that was the issue. He was kind and honest and I know where I’ll be sending my daughter if she has anymore car troubles while she’s at WCU!”

We are from out of town and were jus passing thru when we had a problem with the brakes on my wife's car so we stopped in because nobody else in town had a key to remove the lock lugs on her car and after calling around to almost every tire shop in town we found Cherokee auto services and these guys not only had the tools to get the locks lugs off but they also installed new brakes pads and got us back on our way in under an hour and were very very fair on the price. Would do business with these guys anytime. Great group of guys. So if you're every passing thru Cherokee like I was and need something these guys are the ones to go to.”

“We were passing through Cherokee and stopped at the casino to check it out. Blew a tire in the parking lot late on a Thursday night… so glad I had my car towed to Cherokee Tire. I came first thing the next morning hoping they would be able to help me out quick - not only did they get me in IMMEDIATELY and get straight to work, they gave me an absolutely KILLER deal. Fine friendly folks too. In and out in 30 minutes! I hope to never find myself in this situation again but if I do I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back to Cherokee Tire. Fantastic work gang.”
