Just walking into the branch everyone has a smile and is willing to answer any and all questions without making you feel like it’s an inconvenience for them. We used to bank at SECU and were extremely disappointed with how they handled a few things. Even going into the branch was a horrible experience at SECU. We will never go back after having our accounts with MCU.”
