Great Smokies Inn is a great place to stay, with rooms that are always clean, nice, and smell nice. The staff is awesome, very accommodating, and makes check-in an enjoyable experience. Guests have always felt safe staying there. The establishment is run very well. It is pet friendly with a pet fee. The reception area is beautiful. Its location is very easy for walkability, close to shops, restaurants, walking trails, and breakfast. The nearby landscape is beautiful, especially in the fall, providing a perfect atmosphere. While it does not offer a standard free breakfast, there are many restaurants nearby.
This hotel surpassed my expectations, extremely clean, extra helpful and friendly staff, great location, quiet, and the bed was surprisingly VERY comfortable. Such a great hotel, highly recommend, if we return to cherokee, we'll definitely be back!!

Stayed here with our band Club Rewind while doing a New Year's Eve show at Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Very clean room, very comfortable bed, all the amenities needed were included. Plan on staying there again. Definitely recommend this place!
