“Got into an accident and KT towed my vehicle. I had no way or intentions in getting the vehicle back. However I still had personal items in the car. The person I spoke with (I believe the owner) was very laid back, kind and helpful! I’ve been in this situation before and was not allowed to get clothes from my car without paying a hefty fee-even though they were going to scrap the car. I was so worried about that this time. After getting into an accident and the cost that come along with it, it makes it such an easier process to have a great towing company that is willing to work with you!!! He allowed me to get my things on my schedule (which was wonderful seeing as my transportation situation is a bit restricted at the moment!). My impression was that this is a good small town company-ran by everyday people who are understanding and aren’t here to make your life harder! I’ve had my share of encounters with towing companies and I will definitely remember this company the next time towing services are needed!!! I highly recommend you give them a chance!”
