Upon picking up my car, it wouldn’t start for some reason despite it was working fine 24 hours prior. Irvin tried jump starting my car but unfortunately didn’t work. He then offered to tow my car for free to my mawmaw house. Great dude just trying to start off on the right foot with a business he just took over.”

I called Shanika after I discovered the error. Unfortunately they didn't, and she immediately issued a full refund. She is a real credit to Hoopers and I would be glad to deal with them again.
