“Jeff, at Colemans, kept me updated regarding the estimate for repairing my car. He was honest and up front about the damage. The insurance company gave me a better settlement than I expected based on the thorough assessment that Jeff did.”

“Needed a squeaky serpentine belt replaced while I was in the area for an estate sale. The shop was busy but I was given a reasonable timeline for when they could start the repair. I have a unique bus and after tracking down the belt, they were able to replace it. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me out!”

“I went to Hooper's with a friend to pick up a transmission. I saw a wrecked BMW X3 and thought I would see if it has the part I paid $150 plus at the dealership that turned out was the wrong size for my model year even though I went to the dealership to avoid that problem. And since they did not have a connector or clip and the clip was the only thing I needed I had to buy a complete hose set. To my utter delight a cut hose was laying in the car with the hose connector and clip attached. The clip itself sells for $50 plus online and I was told I could just have the piece since my friend was spending $500 for the transmission.”
