Ray and Layla, were super supportive by handling all the insurance red tape. I was able to get an appointment right after the accident occurred and my car was fixed quickly! Layla kept me updated the whole time and made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything! She helped me both ways with getting and returning the rental car from enterprise. “My car randomly started hesitating to start and all of my gauges were going crazy. I got off work late and knew I had to get this fixed because I cannot be without a car with my life. Even though it was near close, I went in and told them I knew it was near closing but asked if they could test it for me. Zach immediately obliged with the battery and engine testing. My battery was the issue and he replaced it for me right away. My battery was especially difficult, and he still had such a nice and helpful attitude even after close and in the heat. He was so laid back and nice the whole time. I appreciated this so much because I was freaking out and all of my car's issues resolved and the gauges all cleared in a few minutes. Problem solved!”
