Allen Queen is the financial guru, who guides the customer through the mountains of paperwork on the "WOW" techno/space age desk, reducing paper to only a compact PDF. Allen is calm and interesting, which makes this session completely stressless. 5 stars! It was obvious that these three enjoyed their jobs and valued their work environment. Every business should be so fortunate! Not only would I recommend this dealership but I am delighted to showcase my tag in the Paramount bracket.”

But the whole process from dropping it off to when they hauled it away, was less painful because Tina and the staff at K and M walked us through every step of the process. They were a great liaison for us with our insurance company. They even provided us with a rental car! If you want your vehicle fixed the right way go to K and M. “Absolute best place to buy a battery hands down. You know when you leave the store you have the right battery. At the beginning of the mowing season I was told by a business that services mowers that my battery was bad, but even though it was out of warranty I took it to Interstate Battery and guess what? After putting it on a trickle charge the battery was still good and the owner/manager verified this through a few tests. Again, this guy knows his stuff!!!”

“We had a digital dash and cruise control installed on our 1978 GMC Truck. When they were done everything worked perfect. Rutters also fixed the hard starting that we had with our 383 stroker motor. They are very professional in everything that they do. Rutters also takes the time to explain everything that they are doing during the process and when the truck was picked up took the time to explain how the new features worked. Rutters staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. We will be bring our 1969 C10 to them to have it customized.”

“Had to have my car repaired not once but twice due to animals running out in front of me. My car has the Soul Red paint by Mazda. It is multi-layered and therefore more complicated than a regular paint. They did an awesome job both times and worked well with my insurance company too. Would definitely recommend!!”
