Each employee at White Tire went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. They came to me highly recommended from another car maintenance center. I visited White Tire/Newton,NC on October 27th. The tire technicians diagnosed the problem, and included me in the decision making process. Then they gave me three quality tire products to choose from. I was very pleased to have a team of good people who were professional, friendly, and mannerly. The price that I paid was decent and fair. I left with a smile on my face, and grateful heart to know that I have found a reliable and trustworthy place to depend upon for my vehicular needs. ? ?”

“Came from Asheville as they had a set of tires I wanted for my jeep. Held the tires for me over the weekend until I could get down the mountain to them. Got me in for a mount and balance and install with 0 wait time, the guys in the shop were very fast, friendly, and accommodating as I initially misheard the original quote for the set. They were willing to work with what I had as they didn't want me driving off with dry rotted tires on a new-ish vehicle. Would highly recommend even to those that don't live in Hickory. Worth the 1hr 30min drive down and would do it again.”

Tony was most helpful and called to inform me that my vehicle was not in immediate need of replacement for brakes or rotors. He advised that I was good for at least another 10,000 miles. With a recent work layoff, Tony helped save me an expense and thoroughly explained what he and his team had discovered. I appreciate your honesty and integrity with your customers. “I took my 2015 GMC Yukon in for AC help, oil change and what I thought was an electrical problem with my dashboard lights. Robin and Morgan were wonderful - very transparent about timing and costs. As it turned out my dashboard lights were totally fine, just a dial that I had unknowingly changed. Prices were very reasonable and there was no pressure to buy or fix unnecessary things. I was so impressed. And so grateful.”

“I dropped my car off this past Saturday to get my back brakes and rotors replaced, and they did an amazing job! But what really topped it was, when I took my car back home after leaving the shop, I engaged my electrical parking brake and later that night I couldn't disengage it to go back out. So come to find out that they had accidentally left it in service mode. I reached out to them today and explained the entire situation, and they came out and towed my car back to the shop and took care of it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service because they will continue to get mine! Thank you again!”
