“I made my purchase online and stopped in to pick it up. Store was literally empty, so service was relatively quick. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out as long as it's not christmas.”

(We won't talk about their new AI assist operator which is A W F U L - no offense AI).) Back to the story..... We were transferred to the appliance department. And this absolutely amazing associate named Patricia helped us out. Her patience and understanding was beyond words. Let's just say we probably challenged her pretty well with all of our questions. By the time the conversation was over, a new refrigerator had been purchased! And believe it or not, from their warehouse, not even from that store, it's going to be delivered tomorrow. We didn't have to go back online and wade through all that fun. Instead, she was able to do all that on the phone, describing everything to us that we needed to know and asking us every question that really needed to be asked. She accomplished all of that in a short time, and we didn't even have to leave our house or go online. How cool is that???? ? just sayin.....”
