“Wow! We thought we would call up to our Lowe's, to find out if they happened to have on their floor the new refrigerator we wanted. (We won't talk about their new AI assist operator which is A W F U L - no offense AI).) Back to the story..... We were transferred to the appliance department. And this absolutely amazing associate named Patricia helped us out. Her patience and understanding was beyond words. Let's just say we probably challenged her pretty well with all of our questions. By the time the conversation was over, a new refrigerator had been purchased! And believe it or not, from their warehouse, not even from that store, it's going to be delivered tomorrow. We didn't have to go back online and wade through all that fun. Instead, she was able to do all that on the phone, describing everything to us that we needed to know and asking us every question that really needed to be asked. She accomplished all of that in a short time, and we didn't even have to leave our house or go online. How cool is that???? ? just sayin.....”

“This should be your first stop for anything appliance related. I made the mistake of going to a local box store first, and it was an awful experience. Garner appliance and their staff were able to answer all my questions, collect payment, and setup delivery all within 20 minutes. Update: I wish I could give more stars. The new unit came delivered on time and the guys were professional and prompt. Unfortunately, the dryer unit had a defective part out the box. Garner worked with me to get a technician out as soon as possible and the problem was fixed within a week. Thanks again!”
