“I went in first thing Monday morning because I needed a new battery! Robbie the manager waited on me and we went out to my car for him to install the new battery!! When I tell ya'll that man had to work to get the negative connector off, he had to work!! There was corrosion and even with the spray and wire brush it didn't want to come off!! I felt so bad that he was having to work so hard on a Monday morning!! But he just kept reassuring me that it was ok. Robbie was truly amazing and has excellent customer service!! I feel like a lot of people would have given up and told me it couldn't be done, so glad I got Robbie yesterday morning!!! That store is blessed to have him as their manager!!! Thank you Robbie for your hard work!! I appreciate you!!!!”
