“Today, I was serviced by a young man named Qaiyim. His customer service was extraordinary. He was very kind, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to replaced the headlights in my Jeep (which turned out to be way more complicated than I ever imagined.) He also replaced my rear windshield wiper. While I was here, I only saw one other person with him. He was multitasking and greeting everyone that came in the store with such a kind demeanor. I don’t know what his future entails, as he is very young, but I will say that if O’Reillys was smart, they’d try to keep someone with his characteristics and train him to move up because this is definitely someone you’d want to keep in your company. “Joshyua was a huge help the other day when I had to bring in my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultta cell phone that had a cracked screen. He was working alone and he had multiple customers but he still managed to get my phone looking like brand new before close of business. “This shop is super close to where I live and was really convenient. I needed to work on my car but don’t have space where I live to do so. The staff was very kind in pointing out where on their lot I could work that was safe, flat and out of the way. I had some complications along the way and the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to go about my repairs. They even stepped out of the shop to check on me while I was working to see if I needed anything. I would absolutely recommend this location to go to for your car care needs. “They changed two watch batteries for me yesterday, and they were super fast, efficient, and absolutely no issues! One watch was my late father’s, so it’s extremely sentimental.
