Didn't make me feel like a woman out of her element. Nor did he try to upsell me, even pointed out the lower priced option. “Took my ailing car battery in for free testing. It turned out it didn't have enough charge to test. So they kept it overnight and charged it up. The next day I returned to pick it up. It was all charged up, and there was still no fee! Very courteous and friendly. Was greeted and helped immediately upon entering the store.”
