“Today, I was serviced by a young man named Qaiyim. His customer service was extraordinary. He was very kind, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to replaced the headlights in my Jeep (which turned out to be way more complicated than I ever imagined.) He also replaced my rear windshield wiper. While I was here, I only saw one other person with him. He was multitasking and greeting everyone that came in the store with such a kind demeanor. I don’t know what his future entails, as he is very young, but I will say that if O’Reillys was smart, they’d try to keep someone with his characteristics and train him to move up because this is definitely someone you’d want to keep in your company. “This shop is super close to where I live and was really convenient. I needed to work on my car but don’t have space where I live to do so. The staff was very kind in pointing out where on their lot I could work that was safe, flat and out of the way. I had some complications along the way and the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to go about my repairs. They even stepped out of the shop to check on me while I was working to see if I needed anything. I would absolutely recommend this location to go to for your car care needs. “I would still have a watch that doesn’t work sitting in my closet if it wasn’t for the man at this kiosk.
My husband gifted me an extremely unique watch that includes the time, date, day, and month, all inside a tiny 18 mm borderline vintage frame. Sadly because of its vintagehood, it had some issues and the secondhand fell off.
I originally took this to another watch fixer in the mall, and they told me that I would have to come back the next day when their watch person was available and they seemed pretty hesitant about it being able to get fixed.
Bummed, I walked around the rest of the mall convinced that I would just have to purchase a whole new watch. I passed by the kiosk, and took a chance. He was able to fix everything within an hour, and even found a previous issue of the time hands being warped, and he had straightened all of them for me. The most shocking part was that he charged me less than $20 for an hour’s worth of work.
I would take all of my watches to this guy, he really knew what he was doing and really cared. I wanted to jumped up and down after having a non-functional watch for almost a month. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!”
