“The job was very small, connecting a laundry sink. After getting ridiculous quotes from handymen, I contacted Barbour-Pourron who had done some work years ago for which I remembered they were much more reasonably priced then others I called. Travis arrived during the scheduled window, called me prior and fixed the issue quickly, even upgrading some of the parts. I was very satisfied and will use them again and would also recommend them.”

I had run into an issue with my Delta kitchen faucet where Delta sent me the wrong replacement part--actually it was the right part by number but the incorrect part in reality. Imagine how fun that is to figure out--I called around to multiple other plumbing stores and got nowhere.

Emily not only was able to help me troubleshoot the issue but she was able to source the part the same day! All fixed now.

“We used Splash Galleries when building our new home a few years ago. Lauren was excellent to deal with while making all the decisions for our selections. We had a minor issue with an item about a year after installation which Lauren immediately took care of. Recently we had to have a kitchen sink faucet replaced. I had contacted the manufacturer directly to get a replacement faucet and decided to contact Lauren to let her know what was going on. But the reason I’m writing this is our driver has always been the model employee. Never complains, works hard, and always polite.
