“Cary Granite installed quartz countertop in our kitchen last December and they did a superb job. We selected them seeing their Google reviews and are very glad to have done so. They were first in our list of installers. They invited us to visit their showroom. We liked some of the quartz slabs they had in stock. There was absolutely no pressure but always honest responses to our queries. Kate Murphy was wonderful and she responded to our emails promptly. We did get quotes from two other installers: one came lower and the other higher than Cary Granite's. But what made us select Cary Granite was their trust in us. We asked them about payment and was told to write a check and give it to their installers after they have completed the job. But the other two installers wanted us to pay 50% of the cost before the slab is cut and the other 50% before the installers enter your house! This showed that they had no trust in us and found it unacceptable. So, we signed up with Cary Granite. They were very helpful, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. Owen did a great job with templating, and both he and Kate sent us pictures before the slab was cut and sought our input. We wanted a "zero-reveal" sink installation. They told us that though they mostly do a "slight negative reveal" installation, they will do a "zero-reveal" installation for us. The seam is where they told us it should be and you can hardly see it. Luis and his team of installers did a great job and the countertop looks like a piece of art. We are so glad to have gone with Cary Granite, and if we have to do another installation, we won't contact any other installer but sign up with Cary Granite right away.”

“Really good. You can't park on the street if you're a big truck. And they have just enough room in their driveway for one truck they will come bang on your door at 6 in the morning to move to get their trucks and side the gate. But once they put you in they get you unloaded quick. Very polite and very professional”

We had a minor issue with an item about a year after installation which Lauren immediately took care of. Recently we had to have a kitchen sink faucet replaced. I had contacted the manufacturer directly to get a replacement faucet and decided to contact Lauren to let her know what was going on. “Great experience from beginning to end. Jennifer G was our consultant and from the beginning asked our expectations of price etc. which matched the product that was presented. We also threw her a curveball by asking to have the guest bathroom partially changed when she only had the original work order for the primary bath. Both were completed within a couple of hours and we were advised that product will take some time to come in and then it would be scheduled and yes they were busy up to January (this was October when we placed final orders). The installer, Rich, came on time every day and worked the hours he stated, Everytime the work area was cleaned up, arranged for next day and vacuumed. Rich was able to finish within the week and did not have to come back for the guest bath which was scheduled for 1 day the following week (worked out great because of ice storm!). It is beautiful and wish we had done sooner! Thank you to the team at Glenwood Ave. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a bathroom remodel”
