Demarcus and Antonio gave excellent customer service. I bought a new alternator in 5/2025 from WF Pep Boys. Clayton Pep Boys replaced the alternator 8/2026 under warranty and I paid the labor cost. They had 1 very unpleasant customer before me and handled the situation professionally and with courtesy. Thank you!

Needed to balance a tire I replaced. They were 2 minutes from closing and Demarcus went above and beyond to ensure my tire was balanced. Thankful for people who care. He could have said they were closed but he helped me instead.
