“Got me in and out. Even when I called twice comparing prices he still assured I could get in same day and offered competitive pricing. It was actually slightly lower than quoted by phone so that was pleasant. The entire staff was friendly but especially the front desk lady and DJ, the one who worked on my car and the one I spoke to by phone. They had wifi, cold drinks, and a tv. Right across from a school on Cleveland road. People come in and out of there easy. They have alot of technicians. Great place. I just got a post-sale inspection since I bought a car and wanted to make sure it didn't have issues. Went there a second time and still exceptional service! ❤ They are honest and that means so much!”

“I contacted Mr. Bumper and he was a major help with my AC/Heat not working. He squeezed me in on a Friday and did everything he could to make sure I had some kind of heat working. He explained every step and all the possibilities of what could be causing the problem. He eliminated one option at a time. Very nice and very patient, but also straight to the point.”
“If you're looking for someone to fix what needs to be fixed, not upcharge you, or just tell you what looks wrong, he's your man. He doesn't speak a lot of English, but he will be willing to work with you; he even added something to my car that was a little extra with no charge just to help me out. If you're tired of auto shops or independent folk screwing you over, go to him; he's a genuine person and good mechanic.”
