“I know more about pharmacies than most people, having been on medications since I was 18. Clayton Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever used, and I say that with 20 years of experience. What's most important in a pharmacy for me is having staff who are friendly and willing to work with you. Clayton Pharmacy goes above and beyond in this category. It's a rare thing these days, but they tend to know their customers by name. A couple more things are really great: (1) they send you a text message when your prescription is ready--every time. And then, if you give them a call, they'll actually deliver your prescription to your house free of charge. They're so nice, though, that sometimes I choose to go in person just to say hey. Hands down the best pharmacy in Clayton. There's no point in going anywhere else unless being able to pick up your medicine at 3 AM on a Sunday is actually important to you--people need to sleep. Shout out to Kathy and team for creating such a great experience!”

“I grew up where the pharmacist knew who you were. They knew what meds one was on and cared about the person. Those days are gone with "big box" pharmacies like CVS, Wallgreens, Walmart, etc. at the end of the day, are they care about is filling scripts. Today's pharmacies are measured on quantity and not quality. Look, Realo may not be the cheapest but, there is value to staff who genuinely care about your well-being and strive for excellence. I myself could go through my provider's mail program to save money. Howver, I want to feel cared for. I do not want to be just a number. At Realo- they know your name. They care about you. They do not make you wait hours. They communicate effectively and follow through. If you trust your well-being to less, well... good luck. Would you go to a neurosurgeon from Groupon? Make the change.”

“Big grocery store where one can find pretty much everything. Prices are often higher than at Food Lion unless it's a special or house brand. Tip: If something is advertised along the lines of "buy 1, get 1 free", more often than not you'll still get 50% off if you buy just 1.”

“Nick at Beddingfield Drugs saved the day for my family! We struggled finding Tamiflu in stock for my son. Beddingfield was the only nearby pharmacy that had one left. Nick went above and beyond to get my prescription transferred and filled within a couple of hours. The other pharmacy cut off the fax they sent and then wouldn't answer the phone for him, so he finally called my son's doctor's office to verify over the phone. I am truly grateful to him and his dedication. Truly great, personable customer service!”

“Publix is my pharmacy....... Another pharmacy claimed to have sent 2 requests within 2.5 hours to this Publix for a transferred prescription, but there system did not see either request. (Publix had asked me to have another pharmacy ask them to transfer my prescription since they did not have it in stock, unfortunately.) A total of 4 phone calls later to 3 pharmacies, and my husband tried to find out was it transferred, too, Publix still didn't show the transfer. We checked 2.5 hours later, no request received. Zack said to reach out again to the other pharmacy . So,we did. They claimed that they sent it, but would send it again..Later, Zack still did not see the request from the one that said they sent it... yet the other pharmacy had said they sent it 2 times.As a courtesy to me, Zack sent the transfer to the other pharmacy and promised to call them. The problem was on the other pharmacy's end...Zack called me back to let me know they had it via his phone call and no one there at the new pharmacy had sent the request as promised per the new pharmacy!! (Maybe they will fill it. Hope I don't need to go through this again)...So.... Thanks Zack!”

“I have had to change my review because the staff has gotten a lot better over the years from what we have seen. This is the closest place to us for prescriptions or last minute items needed. We are probably here about 3-4 times a week. Just like any pharmacy it takes forever to get your prescriptions however they have pay ahead in store and it speeds things up. Also people don't realize how the lanes outside the pharmacy work which slows things down a bit as well.”

“I love this CVS location. The woman who works up front named Janice is always extremely nice and super helpful. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. She makes it an enjoyable shopping experience. Also, the women in the pharmacy are super nice too. To me, the energy of the staff is most important so in that respect, this location nails it.”

“I go there often. The area is very busy with all of the new developments. I do not go there for chit chat. They are nice, they are respectful . You give them your script/send electronically. You pay them and then get the medicine. It's a pharmacy and they do a good job.”

“Love this Walgreens. Store is organized, staff is kind. I also do have a health condition, so there have been many of ER visits late at night or random early early morning needs for Gatorade to rehydrate or ibuprofen to bring down fevers (and other random necessities). It's extremely helpful that it's open 24 hours a day, and that no matter what time you're there you're greeted with polite staff. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because they have two lanes for pharmacy drive up needs and only ever use the one. The wait can be kinda long at rush hour times.”

“Went to visit this CVS for meds. Due to not feeling well, I left my purse at the counter and did not realize it until I was about 30 minutes away, panicked I returned to the store. A young man named Eddie placed my purse behind the counter. NOTHING was missing. The store manager (sorry did not get his name, very tall man) spoke to me on my way out wishing me a wonderful day, i would assume that he told the young man to place it behind the counter. I used to live in this area and this my go to store for OTC meds. I had no money in my wallet for a tip, but I will be returning to make sure he knows how much I appreciate their honesty.”
