“I want to take this opportunity to brag about Oneal’s Drug Store of Zebulon. Their customer service is impeccable. Every staff member treats me with dignity and respect. They are always thorough, accurate and efficient. I love that I can just push, or as we say in North Carolina, “Mash” the buttons of the prescription drug number to order the refill. I cannot believe I receive a text when the prescription is filled usually the next day or at least within three days. The parking is spacious and easily accessible. Are you sitting down? They have a gift shop as well where you can partake in delicious, decadent, desirable ice cream. I have a big bulbous belly. Thus, I am trying to lose weight. Always remember, the ice cream is a well-deserved monthly treat.
I highly recommend changing your prescription drug store to Oneal’s Drug Store in Zebulon. I can assure you; they will not let you down.”
“I recently switched to Clayton Pharmacy and I couldn't be happier!! I previously used the pharmacy on Pritchard Rd in the Food Lion shopping center. After multiple mistakes and no accountability, I knew I had to make a change. After researching privately owned pharmacies in Clayton, I chose Clayton Pharmacy. Their customer service and Pharmacist are absolutely amazing!! Chris has been so very kind and helpful! I live several miles from the pharmacy, however, Chris delivers my medicine free of charge regardless if it's 5 prescriptions or just 1. The relief I feel knowing I will always get my prescriptions the same day, the right dosage, with friendly service is wonderful! “The lady that assisted me yesterday was so helpful! Despite their closing time and winter storm she was so kind and helpful. After calling all the pharmacies in the area I finally got someone to answer and not only was she pleasant over the phone she made sure all the medicine we needed was in stock before the doctor sent it over. And as I mentioned there is a winter storm going on, so getting there in the last hour they were open took a little longer than expected. I made it with minutes to spare and, again, she was kind and helpful despite her closing time. Thank you to this kind person for coming in during these conditions and I hope you made it home safely!”

“This had been the best Pharmacy we have ever used. They are right on time. Friendly, overworked and still kind and they do everything they can to help you. If I have a question about a medication the doctor has put me on, I call them. They don’t mind stopping, looking it up what I’m on to let
me if it’s safe for me to mix it with my other medications. They’ve been a big help.
They all work so hard and everyone of them work some long hours and definitely do not get paid enough for their hard long hours they out in.

“A very rude customer approached the CVS managers at the register and started speaking to them disrespectfully. It seemed like she was just having a bad day, because both managers were nothing but professional and patient with her. She even threatened to call corporate and tried to turn it into a race issue, even though the two employees helping her—one Black and one White—handled the situation fairly and respectfully. The managers truly did an excellent job staying calm and composed despite her behavior.”

“I came in on Wed, 4/ 22/26 & asked at clinic window if I could speak to pharmacist. One of the pharmacy techs named Star said she could help me. Star very knowledgably & professioally answered my questions. Star was very respectful and kind with assisting me. She showed me a sincere desire to help me. Star also offered to transfer a current prescription from my old insurance pharmacy to my new insurance pharmacy. The prescription was also ready for same day pick up! Star is an exemplary employee and has a true care & concern for her customers.
When I picked up my script the next morning I picked it up at the drive thru & Tessa helped me there. Tessa also gave me great service. She was very friendly with her greeting when I drove up to her window, Tessa was a very respectful employee & very quick and promp with her service for me. Tessa knows her job & does it very well!
I appreciate them both and hope Walgreens does also !!!”

“Major props to the young man who was working on 3/25/26 around 8:00pm. I regret not catching his name. The store was absolutely slammed between the front register and the back one near the photo center, and he was managing all the customers solo. At one point, one of the registers even went down, but he moved quickly to relocate the customers to the other one. He was extremely professional and polite despite the challenges. I appreciate that he was even able to print my photo for me in between ringing customers up. What a star! He deserves a raise!”
