“This is the easily the best pharmacy I've ever used. The people are efficient and courteous, they're open late, and I love their tool online that allows you to see all the discount coupons that you can use at their pharmacy for your specific medication. They also proactively apply the discount coupons noted above themselves if you don't do so or know about it. This is how I first learned about it, when I went to use a GoodRx coupon but they already had applied one from some other company that was a good amount better. Though I think that once they apply the coupon from one company, they keep doing so in the future so good to check later on if you want to see if another is now lower.”

“Had some great breakfast that cost $14.00 from the hot bar and had an amazing experience with customer service. The man was genuinely happy to help. Also, the Arizona sweet tea i bought was insanely cheap, only 89 cents. That’s cheaper than water.”

“I want to take this opportunity to brag about Oneal’s Drug Store of Zebulon. Their customer service is impeccable. Every staff member treats me with dignity and respect. They are always thorough, accurate and efficient. I love that I can just push, or as we say in North Carolina, “Mash” the buttons of the prescription drug number to order the refill. I cannot believe I receive a text when the prescription is filled usually the next day or at least within three days. The parking is spacious and easily accessible. Are you sitting down? They have a gift shop as well where you can partake in delicious, decadent, desirable ice cream. I have a big bulbous belly. Thus, I am trying to lose weight. Always remember, the ice cream is a well-deserved monthly treat. I highly recommend changing your prescription drug store to Oneal’s Drug Store in Zebulon. I can assure you; they will not let you down.”

“The folks here are amazing and helpful. Keep in mind this area is growing at exponential rates, which means their workload is also increasing. If you are kind they are kind. Period. Every single person here is amazing and goes above and beyond to be helpful. I see other reviews that are not so kind, and all I can think is that those people walked in or called in with a bad attitude from the get go or unrealistic expectations.”

“I love this pharmacy much more than any drugstore chain I’ve used in the past- I have never run into issues with prescriptions out of stock. The staff are very nice and helpful when I’ve had any insurance or authorization concerns. My only recommendation: if you do not need prescriptions mailed and can do pick up, it is much faster to call directly rather than use the Nimble app for refills.”

“The lady that assisted me yesterday was so helpful! Despite their closing time and winter storm she was so kind and helpful. After calling all the pharmacies in the area I finally got someone to answer and not only was she pleasant over the phone she made sure all the medicine we needed was in stock before the doctor sent it over. And as I mentioned there is a winter storm going on, so getting there in the last hour they were open took a little longer than expected. I made it with minutes to spare and, again, she was kind and helpful despite her closing time. Thank you to this kind person for coming in during these conditions and I hope you made it home safely!”

“I’ve been using the CVS Pharmacy inside Target at Midway for quite a while now. They have Always been wonderful. My prescriptions are consistently ready on time, and the pharmacy team is professional, kind, and genuinely wants to help. Majority of the staff go out of their way to answer questions and make the experience as easy as possible. There are a few new people but this will always be my pharmacy of choice. The reliability, efficiency, and caring staff keep me coming back and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been using the CVS on Forestville Road for 20 some+ years! For the first decade, give or take, they were awesome! Then, and especially durning and after Covid, they were horrible! I once knew all the staff in the pharmacy, now I don’t know any. However, today’s transaction with CVS brought back memories of the good ole’ days. Thank you Naomi and Sufian (pardon if it’s misspelled), but thank you very much for today!”

“The staff at the pharmacy went above and beyond my expectations today! The pharmacist Jaclyn was so helpful at getting me the best price for my meds. I’m not sure why people feel the need to take time to write a negative review about a retail pharmacy. I guess there will always be people that focus on what’s wrong over what’s right. Be know for kindness not criticism.”

“Reesha was the most kind, helpful person ever. She helped me figure out my pricing options, was patient as I called my insurance and my mom to understand what was happening and made me feel supported every step of the way. The service she gave me is the definition of above and beyond, and I hope she is blessed for it. 11/10”
