I have a great experience every time I visit this clinic as a patient. My provider is professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. The front staff are always nice, checking me in and out fast and with no problems. I appreciate how they treat me and care for me as a patient.

My family had an apt booked nearly 6 months in advance, they called the DAY OF the appt and cancelled on us. When we called back to reschedule, they said the earliest apt was 8 months out. And after being sent to the manager line, it just rang and rang until silence. How is this an acceptable way for a medical facility...
