Big Lots is a nice store with good customer service and huge selections of various items at a good price point for you, your family, home or office. It offers lots of parking, a good location, and handicap parking. Customers find a lot of stuff, sometimes bargins and sometimes not what they are looking for, but the store remains a good place to shop. Check‑out staff are usually friendly and efficient, though registers can have technical difficulties. The management is accommodating, applying discounts and helping with loading at pickup. Outdoor furniture, lighting, and planters are reasonable. The bathroom is not recommended, as it can be disgusting. Nearby novelty spots, grocery mini‑malls, and Tanglewood Park make for a convenient picnic spot.
Five dollars off of a fifteen dollar purchase is a deal if you round up.

Clean well organized and well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. And clean bathrooms, that's always a major plus!
