“Beautiful Homegoods location! Left the Greensboro one to come here because it's just SO much cleaner and organized and the employees here and much more helpful and kind. The woman checking me out seemed to enjoy her job and was very happy despite us being in the store near closing. I always love coming back to a store that feels clean and well kept and that has employees that keep a smile on their face! Def will only be coming here from now on. :)”

Found boxed greeting cards and I got some as I still like to send cards. The cashier was nice. I alwsys check here first for boxes of greeting cards. It's so hard to buy good boxes of greeting cards anymore.
I buy the Dewey's cookies there as a treat. When they have them.
The $5 thermal cups are the best! They keep cool drinks cold and hot drinks warm for hours. I have gone back and purchased a number of them for gifts.
They always have a large selection of mailbox covers and matching flags. I have gotten flags and mailbox covers for every month of the year and every holiday”
“Went in looking for a measuring cup they had on sale online. I found it and they were in a clearance section, but not marked. I took one up to the register and the cashier said the price was available with a coupon. I didn't have it but she scanned a barcode at her register and modified the price. That is awesome customer service.”

“I recently visited the TJ Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC, and I was really impressed with the store. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they take pride in keeping everything neat and organized. The aisles were clear, and products were well-stocked and arranged in an orderly manner, which made shopping so much easier. It was also really easy to find what I was looking for because everything was so well organized.
What stood out to me even more was the level of customer service. As I browsed, multiple sales associates approached me, offering help and making sure I had everything I needed. It's not often you get that kind of attention, and it definitely made the experience more pleasant. The whole store had a great vibe, and it felt like a well-run, welcoming place to shop. I'll definitely be coming back!”

“I picked up all my items needed. I received Outstanding Customer Care Assistance from two phenomenal Ladies at the Deli and Check Out Lane. When putting my groceries in my SUV, I noticed I didn't have my Diet Dr Pepper, 6 pack bottles. When returning to the Cashier, she remembered. Not knowing what happened, she immediately offered to go and replace. Words couldn't express my gratitude for her and her Supervisor. I didn't have to show my receipt, just signed necessary paperwork. I walk with a cane, and I greatly appreciate these team members support, expertise and professionalism. Thank you, and KUDOS!!?????”
“I arrived for my appointment at 2:30. My stylist was a little late getting me in the chair, but I understand that appointments don’t always go as planned. She shampooed my hair and explained the products she was using. Since I was getting a silk press, she was very gentle while blow drying my hair to straighten it before going over it with a flat iron. She also made sure to remind me to cover my ears. The trim was done to perfection, she went over it several times to ensure it was styled appropriately, with layers and a length that I was completely satisfied with.”

I just popped in to get some cat food and he asked me how my day was and we just went at it like two hens cackling. “In my experience it seems that every indoor mall has a JCPenny. They have a nice selection of merchandise. I find the prices to be a little high, but the quality is usually top notch. The store was clean and well stocked. This JCPenny is in the middle of this mall and you have to go thru it to access the other side of the mall.”
“We were looking for a character cake for our daughter's birthday and found a great option for a great price at Walmart! Ordering was super simple online, paid online and picked a day and time for pick up. At pickup just stated my name and showed my email and the cake came out. The woman showed me the cake to make sure it was good which I appreciated. For less than $20 bucks this 8 inch character cake was perfect! I forgot to take a picture of the inside but the top cake was vanilla, bottom was chocolate and filling was supposed to be strawberry but it was more like butter cream with a few dollops of the strawberry. Not sure if I misunderstood what the filling would be like but I expected a thicker layer of strawberry. Either way it was delicious and we would definitely order from here again (I would just ask at the bakery about the strawberry filling next time)”
“Went to make a payment on my account and to look for a dress. I found a dress I can wear for a formal wedding that I will be attending in November in Michigan. The dress was of good quality and was on sale at a very reasonable price. I will be back to look for appropriate shoes to go with the dress very soon.”

“I’m an employee here; with that said, there’s not going to be any bias within this review.First and foremost, inside, always semi clean or clean. I can navigate without feeling imma trip on anything.Service: I will say I get great service especially since I do work there so I’m cool with most of my co-workers. I respect the no book bag or bag rule which is put in place for everyone no matter what it may seem.Inventory: it’s whatever they have in season. They either have what you’re looking for or don’t, but usually they do and it’s not hard to navigate either.Now a employee exclusives: usually it’s not hard to get task done but it is annoying to constantly ask for an assistant manager to come over if I need access to something anything other than a refund request. Though I understand why it’s in place but it’s incredibly inconvenient for me and other customers.Some don’t respect or care for the no bag rule and I can sympathize with them a bit and it’s incredibly annoying to deal with people that can’t respect a rule that applies with everyone! More or less a customer issue rather than a job issue.Other than those, I like working here! I can interact with people, joke with people, understand people, and overall just enjoy being around people.Pretty cool store! Rate us! But only when I’m there which is usually Fridays to Sunday!”
