“Love the self-serve aspect! However, you can’t clearly read the time remaining after inserting your $2 worth of coins for the car wash part. So you don’t know that you’re running out of time until it starts beeping and it seems to run down awful fast! Otherwise - it works as expected and is convenient.”
“Been a member here for a little over a year. Everyone is always on point and helpful! As long as you properly prep your vehicle, the wash does a fantastic job! Vacuum’s do a great job too.. They’re great because they suck! ? but seriously much better than some places that barely get the job done.”

“I called and made an appointment for a client to have her car inspected. I asked if they could check her fluids and tire pressure. They did this at no charge. My client wanted Rainex window fluid but was told they do not carry it. So I said no problem. They called me a short time later and said they would get it for us and put it in. That was such a blessing.”
“The guys working there are great. They are nice and professional. Before going through the wash, the guy took extra time to pre-spray my car in a problem area when I asked him to, which really helped it to clean up better during the car wash, although the actual car wash doesn't do the best cleaning job. But next to hand washing your car, I guess it's decent enough. Each time I've been, they do a pretty good job keeping the cleaners and rags well stocked, the trash cans are constantly being emptied. The vacuum cleaners work well. My only suggestion is that the business makes sure to have the little hanging car fresheners in stock, as well as the stickers for when you join the membership. I wasn't able to get either of those today. Another idea would be to have some smaller heads attachable to the vacuum, so that customers can vacuum more tight narrow places in their cars. But overall, it's a good place to clean your car.
**Edited to add: I will add, at one point my sons told me they could not find any clean towels, but they were restocked within about 10-15 minutes. There doesn't seem to be as many towels available for use as there used to be here.”

“I had a great experience at Flow BMW. I was after a specific pre-owned Volkswagen Golf, and Jon did an excellent job taking care of me. I came into town after a long drive and he had the car and paperwork ready so everything moved quickly and efficiently.
Jon was respectful, likable, and professional. The car was beautifully detailed and clearly well maintained—interior, exterior, and engine. Sometimes you can’t really tell until you see it up close, but this one exceeded expectations. I drove it three hours home and it drove like a dream.”

“Some of these negative remarks crack me up, this is your normal no brush laser 5-7 step car wash. Correction for one of the above comments, threre is a fan to blow your car off, it gives ample time to drive thru slowly so that you get 90% off the car. If you're expecting a 50$ carwash for 10$ then no, this is not your place, if you're expecting a little better than a 20 drivethru wash then this place is great and the soap smells good.”

“I recently visited Zip's on Hanes Mall Blvd & had the best experience. I was greeted promptly as soon as I reached the pay station. The young lady named Kristina was so helpful & very quickly eased my fear that I have always had when going through a car wash. She was very thorough when going through the different types of washes they sell & also informed me about their memberships & the pricing as well. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite & very patient with me as I had a few questions to ask. Not only did she help me quickly get over my fear of going through the car wash, she also checked on me to make sure that I was ok after coming out of the wash. I will definitely be returning to this car wash because that one employee went out of her way to help ensure my first experience was wonderful.”

I do HVAC, my truck with ladders won't go into those auto washes...and even if it did there's no way it could clean as well as me at this car wash. The coin machine is always working and stocked. Plenty of machines with things to buy to clean your car. Vacuums always work. You can always find a empty bay there, bc most people go to auto washes now.”
