“I visited their store today and was exceptionally pleased to support a local business that excelled in down to earth, but extremely knowledgeable, customer service. The owner took the time to explain the product selection and was truly genuine.”
“The guys working there are great. They are nice and professional. Before going through the wash, the guy took extra time to pre-spray my car in a problem area when I asked him to, which really helped it to clean up better during the car wash, although the actual car wash doesn't do the best cleaning job. But next to hand washing your car, I guess it's decent enough. Each time I've been, they do a pretty good job keeping the cleaners and rags well stocked, the trash cans are constantly being emptied. The vacuum cleaners work well. My only suggestion is that the business makes sure to have the little hanging car fresheners in stock, as well as the stickers for when you join the membership. I wasn't able to get either of those today. Another idea would be to have some smaller heads attachable to the vacuum, so that customers can vacuum more tight narrow places in their cars. But overall, it's a good place to clean your car.
**Edited to add: I will add, at one point my sons told me they could not find any clean towels, but they were restocked within about 10-15 minutes. There doesn't seem to be as many towels available for use as there used to be here.”
“The manger is on-site and talks to the customers. The service you get here for the money is a great deal! The carwash is great and doesn't beat your car up. The place is kept clean. The vacumans work great and they always have fresh micro fiber towels to wipe your car down with interior cleaner, glass cleaner and fragrance in spray bottles to make the finish details easy for you.
Thank you Don, for running this carwash so well.”

“I called and made an appointment for a client to have her car inspected. I asked if they could check her fluids and tire pressure. They did this at no charge. My client wanted Rainex window fluid but was told they do not carry it. So I said no problem. They called me a short time later and said they would get it for us and put it in. That was such a blessing.”
“I am so happy with work Gary did on my vehicle. My car was filthy with dog hairs, smoke ashes, mud and dirt. He got my baby looking better than it did when I bought it home from the dealership. Thank you Gary.Service: Auto detailing”

“A car wash that actually cleans your car! Not to mention at a really great price. And afterwards there are free vacuums, rags, and cleaner to clean out your car. No time limit and the staff are very friendly. I've already recommended this place to friends. I won't be going anywhere else as long as I'm in the area. I definitely recommend.”

“One of the best local car wash spots. Always quick to get in and out. Staff is very friendly and accommodating for myself and other customers I have referred here. Only downside are the vacuums if they’re ever back up it makes them very loud and annoying. If that’s the biggest complaint than things are pretty good! Overall this location is fantastic and I highly recommend it for anyone in the Winston Salem area!”
“Thanks for the wash today! My car looks great. Free vacuums, microfibers, glass and trim cleaners! Quick wash and they were very thorough with the pre wash sprays.”
“We have used APC Detailing for three vehicles (Lexus RX, Lexus CT and Land Rover LR4) over the years with great service! These are the people to trust with your car. The home wash and wax is reasonably priced and extremely convenient. I had my three year old car washed and waxed yesterday and my husband thought it looked shinier than his new car. Every scuff that I had accumulated was waxed out, leaving my car looking new. Today's service was completed by Leslie and her mom and they take pride in their work. This company is ran by honest, hard working folks and I am happy to support. Thanks for the great work!”

“Also has a wonderful hair salon inside, They do haircuts, hair restoration,, weave,, braiding. Clients hair are multi cultural which makes it a great place for any hair grade! And I love it for that purpose my hair has a mindset of it's on. I refuse to put chemicals in it.”
“I was a referred customer and I was treated very well! Both of my cars were inspected in a very timely manner! Customer service was amazing! Answered all additional questions I had about my car! I am definitely a permanent customer! Best service I’ve received!”
“The most amazing CARWASH they got us in and out, paid $17 for my wife’s car. I got wash and interior cleaning, looks brand new!
As a car detailer myself it was comforting to see several people working and alternating different microfiber towels and taking the time to wipe my car down!”

“Been going there for a couple of years now. The owner is a really nice guy, very friendly and efficient. All the staff are friendly. The service is quick and a good finish”
“I swear by this business. On a strip of road with six car washes, this is the only one I will ever use or recommend. It’s affordable, the quality of work is superb and I love to support a local and family owned business. It’s hard to find a car wash that does everything for you, from the vacuuming to the drying, for a reasonable price and this place does exactly that. I love the convenience of handing over my keys, sitting in the air conditioning, with a snack from their shelves, and chatting with the owner who is always personable but professional. They are always time efficient as well, no matter how long the line, I’ve never had to wait long to be served. Don’t let the overpriced chains with their oversized signs up the street fool you. OK Car Wash is a small business that does better work than any other wash in the city, and I say that as someone that spent a fair amount of time looking for just that.”
“Great place for gas that I tend to forget about. And best of all, as of now, Free Air. Only Sheetz offers free air but their nozzles go bad quickly. So, yes, need air. This is the place.”
“We just arrived fromCalifornia and had all 4 vehicles detailed. They did an amazing job on all cars. Priced right and high attention to detail. Every nook and crannie was cleaned. This crew is a keeper!”
“my vehicle didn’t scan at first, luckily a worker named Kaleb was there to help me look my account up and fix it for next times I decide to wash my vehicle. Other than it not scanning me this time I’ve had no problems with this wash in particular, and I always have a clean car. Definitely come here often!”
“I've been a regular at Marco's car wash for many years. The line can be long but it's well worth the wait. You get what you pay for and at Marco's you're going to get a lot! They are great!”

“Matt was awesome, he helped us get just what our car needed to make it shine again after some neglect on our end. Definitely recommend Zips over other car washes nearby.”
“I love that this place still exists in a world of automated car washes!! I do HVAC, my truck with ladders won't go into those auto washes...and even if it did there's no way it could clean as well as me at this car wash. The coin machine is always working and stocked. Plenty of machines with things to buy to clean your car. Vacuums always work. You can always find a empty bay there, bc most people go to auto washes now.”
“Ended up there by mistake. However, it paid off in my favor! Great service. Fast, friendly and efficient. Plus, great price to boot. They got months of break dust off my rims with ease. I'm absolutely happy with my service! 5 Stars for sure!💯”
“Some of these negative remarks crack me up, this is your normal no brush laser 5-7 step car wash. Correction for one of the above comments, threre is a fan to blow your car off, it gives ample time to drive thru slowly so that you get 90% off the car. If you're expecting a 50$ carwash for 10$ then no, this is not your place, if you're expecting a little better than a 20 drivethru wash then this place is great and the soap smells good.”

“I recently visited Zip's on Hanes Mall Blvd & had the best experience. I was greeted promptly as soon as I reached the pay station. The young lady named Kristina was so helpful & very quickly eased my fear that I have always had when going through a car wash. She was very thorough when going through the different types of washes they sell & also informed me about their memberships & the pricing as well. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite & very patient with me as I had a few questions to ask. Not only did she help me quickly get over my fear of going through the car wash, she also checked on me to make sure that I was ok after coming out of the wash. I will definitely be returning to this car wash because that one employee went out of her way to help ensure my first experience was wonderful.”
“We had a great experience. We took our daughter’s Honda in and it was really dirty. The interior had not been cleaned in a while. For $20, they did a great job and totally met our expectations. Everything was well vacuumed and wiped down inside. We did leave good tips but we felt like we more than got our money’s worth.”

“Decent place to give your car a quick wash down. The whole place is a little dated but functional. Would give five stars but it's cash only and with so many other do-it-yourself car washes that accept cards I thought it was this was enough to lose a star for the inconvenience of needing to bring along cash.”

“I love this place! Everybody's always friendly and willing to help. Michelle is super helpful and always nice. She goes the extra length to make sure my tires are lines up properly which I appreciate because so many employees don't! It makes a critical difference when you have low profile tires. The service is great, and everything is very easy!”
