A physician's assistant took the initiative to locate tests at another location, and a Care Concierge drove to retrieve them, ensuring the appointment was kept open. On my most recent visit to the CVS store in Clemmons, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. I was greeted when I walked in and the staff helped me locate the product I was looking for. The store was clean and it was a pleasure to shop there.

The store was busy, but the young man who was unlocking a hair appliance for me, helping a gentleman in photos, as well as helping customers at self checking remained calm and courteous.
