Went to see my DR today for cold,/flu symptoms. Tested for the flu, it was negative. She instructed me to go to pharmacy to get COVID test. I visited Wednesday, August 9th about noon to 1 pm. When I went to the front desk and asked for the COVID test, the female employee said " is this for you??? " to which I replied yes and she stated "I wish people would stop coming here contagious!" She said I could get a test at the drive thru pharmacy but there are no signs indicating this. I stayed 6 feet back and then apologized. After getting in my car, I realized I should not have to apologize to purchase something in your store. She made me feel gross. By the way, my COVID test was negative.

Scott in the pharmacy has to have the worst customer service and an egotistical attitude. I will not be coming back here. If cvs wants to be competitive with Walgreens or Walmart (both across the street) they need to start with getting rid of people like him.

March 25, 2023 my husband went to this particular pharmacy that we have been using for more than 10 years. He was 4th in line at the drive through window to pick up 2 prescriptions. The 3 vehicles in front of him were served but when he got to the window the employees had covered the window with cardboard so he pressed the service button. An intercom message said they were closed for lunch. They conveniently left the service drawer open so he closed it and when he did the cardboard fell and a employee opened the window. My husband said he was in line and waited patiently like the other 3 vehicles and they still would not serve him. The service at this pharmacy has been in decline for a while and from the reviews I can see that we aren't the only customers having issues. We will be seeking another pharmacy for our needs from this point forward.

TODAY, MARCH 13TH. I went online with cvs to make appointments for Covid and Flu shots. Spent 15-20 minutes. At the appropriate time I show up for appointment. After 28 minutes, I let my displeasure with being ignored be known. the hateful pharmacist so you will know when there is ..PERSIDA, A REPROBATE FROM SOME FOREIGN LAND. she smiled gave excuses and proceeded to CONTROLL the injection phase by ordering me lift arm drop arm move your foot etc. CLASSIC passive aggressive behavior. AND YES, SHE HAD THE LAST WORD.. SHE CHARGED ME $5.00 FOR A PRECRIPTION THAT DID NOT EXIST. HONEST MISTAKE? NO, I DONT BELIEVE, ESPECIALLY CONSIDER HOW SHE TREATED AN OLD COUPLE WHO, SUFFERED FROM MEMORY CHALLENGES (HER BEINGRUDE AND CONDECINDING) THEN THERE WAS THE OTHER WOMAN , NOT REAL BRIGHT, BUT SWEET. .... HOW CAN A COMPANY TOLLERATE SUCH BEHAVIOR??

CVS customer service is horrible, you CANNOT get anyone on the phone to ask a question. I only get my prescriptions here because my insurance only covers CVS or Rx by mail. Walmart across the street has so much better service but Walmart is not covered at all.

Set up Covid test. Go and then you have to see a PA SO THEY CAN BILL YOU YOUR INSURANCE FOR GIVING YOU THE CIVID TEST RESULTS. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

My experience at this CVS today could hardly have been better. This place knows how to care for patients/customers. It all began when my daughter woke up with strep symptoms. Scheduled for another appointment later in the day, we thought it prudent to have a strep test so that could be factored in to the equation when deciding whether or not to attend the later appointment. We were fortunate enough to find an appointment at the CVS Minute Clinic in Clemmons. Unfortunately, they were out of strep tests. But they did not send us away. Instead, PA Lindsay called around to other CVS pharmacies and located one that had strep tests. Unfortunately, the other clinic had no appointments. I guess we are on our own after all. Nope. Janie, the Care Concierge, drove to the other pharmacy to pick up the tests and bring them back here, where they would meanwhile keep our appointment open and complete it when the tests arrived. Now THAT is customer service. In addition, while I was waiting for my daughter, another employee walked by me and very cheerfully and politely asked me if I needed any help. I stated earlier that my experience could hardly have been better. I do wish it had not taken so long--this took up a good chunk of the day--but I really can't complain about that. How could I? In these days when there is so much sickness and so much testing and so many staff shortages, how can one criticize people who are doing their very best to help you? I can't. I won't. And people like Lindsay and Janie deserve recognition for going the extra mile in being so helpful, compassionate, and for being such thorough professionals.

Always nice and efficient. All employees take time to answer questions. Getting vaccines and Covid testing is easy.
